Welcome to EB!

1) Sorry the rules of the contest I entered allowed only one minifigure. And I don't own many pirate animals so I had to settle with a bley parrot. 2) The anchor serves no purpose. It was thrown in as another detail. 3) I didn't really think about it when I photographed it. Lets assume it is empty.

They are ball joints with an axle hole. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=x1669 If you are talking about the cannonballs.

Really nice. I love the size of it. Great work.!

Great job so far! I really like some of the detailing in the sand and great use of the Castle Advent Calendar. I have used the same technique for palm trees and I love how it looks here. Maybe using some light blue plates (If you have any) as a transition between the white shoreline and the ocean, sea, lake, etc. would look nice. Again great work so far.

Great work so far. Nothing negative. Can't wait to see the final model and give a full review.

Quite sturdy surprisingly. I was shocked myself to find it actually sturdy when I finished building it.

Congratz. May you have many more.

NewRight replied to Star-Sam's topic in Hello! My name is...
I always love to see Fabuland MOCs. (Though I don't own any ) Anyway welcome to EuroBricks. -
I seem to be able to access it fine in FireFox 3. FireFox 3 I know is the latest. You can't update it. Hope you find a solution.

Lovely work. It looks great. The chains around the skeleton look great. Overall great scene. The bottom seems a little empty though. It would be up to you. Great work though!

Nice MOC to start. I like the use of the hull of the boat or ship. It works really well and gives the effect of the rock you were going for. The hut is okay, but creative pieces also seem to look more attracting than regular bricks and slopes. Some of the Indians also look nice. I really like the effect that is given by the one with the "Spalko hair". Another problem is that it looks a little barren. When the spaniards arrived it was a forest or jungle. Maybe some trees or bushes would look nice. Overall nice attempt. -NewRight

Buy your shoes at our store. We sell some of the best running shoes out there Nike, Adidas...but there is more. We sell heels and other random brands too. ...Because we are all about advertisement. A little MOC I made to try out little shelves that would hold shoes. I based it off a shoes store near by, but I simply winged it on the name. Also see it on MOCPages. Thanks , NewRight

I think what seems awkward is the 8-wide to 6-wide transition that jeep makes. Also the mudguard and other flaps on the jeep may be a little awkward and change the shape of the jeep. I'm also not sure weather to call it jeep or not since it has been a while since I Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The scene is going to be the one where the Soviets are in the middle of the nuclear bomb and everything is chaos. When in the MOC this car will be shrapnal and the figs will be flying in every direction. (If that is possible). To much detail in a small space... it sounds like a vignette. Thanks for the feedback Intact and Sir Nadroj and thanks to everyone else who left a comment.

From Indiana Jones Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. For an upcoming larger scale MOC. The photography may be a Nadroj ripoff, but the design is all my own. Visit it on MOCPages and on FlickR. Thanks

I choose clear because I wanted the sand underneath to show. Thanks for the feedback anyone else!

Vig. 19b Our adventurer from SeaBoard! is back again in this exciting little MOC build. His little adventure in China will find him a man living in a box at sea and some clear waters. Also see it on MOCPages and on FlickR. Thanks, NewRight

The concept it great and I think you pulled it off well. Captain Furious is an interesting name. I think it may be missing something I just don't know what. Still a good MOC. ~NewRight P.S. Nice name.

Which "bird species" could be introduced to the Pirate Theme
NewRight replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
Who doesn't like flamingos is what should be asked here. That would be amazing to see a LEGO flamingo. The Actual Explanation: I don't know the flamingo just seemed like the bird that appealed to me. -
Late comment on the MOC! Nice work so far. Waves would be nice possibly. I also use a technique in this MOC of mine. It would be nice around the Docks to give and effect of waves crashing in on the dock. The smaller you make them the smaller the splashes around the dock are. It is just an idea to consider I am not obviously forcing you to do it. I really like all the boxes and barrels on the boat, it gives a feeling that they pillaging the Blu-Ray and DVD/CD collection as well. The dock looks great as well with the grime on the supports of the dock. I like some of the details in the Television as well and the flag on the back of the small boat is a nice touch. Great work so far, can't wait for the rest. ~NewRight Also welcome to EB have a great time.

It looks nice. The colors are a little out there, but it is good all the same. If only I had the brown ship bases.
