  1. Can't say anything else... Amazing work - thanks for sharing
  2. Getting back to her mind and nearly not anymore acting like a puppet on the string Nessa shouted to Thalion to be louder than the sounds of the battle: "Are you ok with me attacking Croise Marksman D from the back row, and you two attack the remaining enemy?" Nessa would probalby attack the foe if the party leader agreed.
  3. OOC: absolutely, but now remedied Being exhausted due to the length of the battle, Nessa fell on her knees and tried to catch her breath. She didn't do anything from the back row.
  4. OOC: but if it would have fit this might be a 'not-so-bad' strategy
  5. Encouraged by the word of Thalion, Nessa got up, grabbed her bow and shot at Croise Marksman B from the back row. OOC: Sorry for all that caluculating, I thought the slowed effect would multiply, so... forget everything
  6. OOC: Now let me see if I got that right. In the next round, everyone is slowed. In the following round, only Dreyrugr, Janek and Amma are slowed. If this is right, I would suggest the following BO for the next 2 rounds: next round for dealing with the free hits. Everyone in the back row of course (I guess this is possible ): Dreyrugr (15+1-10/2)=11 HP Janek (6+2-3/2)=6 HP Alexander (10+2-5/2)=9 HP Thalion (9+1-5/2)=7 HP Nessa (not affected)=8 HP Amma (not affected)=8 HP And the following round (back row as well) and with one Croise Marksman in addition: Dreyrugr (11+1-10/2)=7 HP Nessa (8-3/2)=6 HP Alexander (9+2-5/2)=8 HP Thalion (7+1-5/2)=5 HP Janek (6+2-5/2)=5 HP Amma (not affected)=8 HP Wrong: Forgot, that only two enemies will get free hits Opposed enemies by the non slowed party members: Dark Croise A Croise Marksman B Croise Marksman D Remaining untargeted enemies: Dark Croise B (lvl 3) Croise Marksman E (lvl 5) So BO should look like Janek (6+2-3/2) = 6 HP Dreyrugr (11+1-5/2) = 9 HP Rest of the party I think, due to my mighty calculations , this is the way we get least damage... correct me if I'm wrong (just trying to get the strategic part of my brain get to work) At the end of that round, Dark Croise A should be history but another archer will enter the battlefield if we are not lucky and kill all the enemies in a wonderful woosh. It's very sad there is no NPC support here . Meanwhile... Nessa still stood in full absence on the battelfield. Everywhere were enemies. She was surrounded and not able to do anything except shaking for fear. She teamed up with her party and crouched to the back row.
  7. OOC: I'm not sure but shouldn't DC-A be poisoned? If not I haven't said anything
  8. Nessa was distracted from her latest experience. She thought about those voices. Were they, both, trustworthy? Was it somr sort of guidance? Or is it even the gods' speaking? "I... I... I can't..." Nessa returned to her thoughts and did not do anything from the back row.
  9. In the second calculation it should be 4 dmg (-1 SP; not /2) And for the rounding I guess it is in the hand of the QM as for what I have read so far.
  10. OOC: Nessa should be slowed instead of Dreyrugr, as posted by the Capt'n in the team line-up
  11. Nessa's eyes cleared up. After the last hit of her enemy she came back to mind. "Where am I? What has happened?" She looked around. There was a new fight going on. Everyone was yelling. Thalion shouted an order but she did not get it right. So she aimed for the next enemy that was in the near. So she attacked Dark Croise A from the back row.
  12. Nessa grabbed a poisened arrow out of her quiver and aimed for the Dark Croise B from the back row. A strange laughter came out of her mouth.
  13. In a furious rage Nessa broke through the lines of her party with an unknown feeling of strength. She was heading towards the enemies. Not listening to her group she shouted: "Aaaaaah. YOU GONNA DIE, BLOODY CROISE!" OOC: hopefully every preparation has been made. This is just Nessa's way atm to say "I am ready"
  14. Being even more new to the game I have the same feeling. I'd love to host a quest (although my first one isn't over yet ). I also have some ideas - but the lack of bricks holds me off att the moment. I know there are great buidlers in here who would certainly assist, but I'd like to do it on my own - just a personal thing Being a little more experienced (just started reading through the first quests and hopfully be through all by time) I will start with my creations. I also guess these kind of talking is for the Quest Masters Lounge, ey?
  15. "What do you know", Nessa asked furiously and shook off Amma's hand. "This is none of your business!" 'Go on, go on. Let your rage overwhelm you!. Good!' Something was terribly wrong. Nessa could not figure out what it was, but that dwarf made her upset. As so did everyone else in the party.
  16. Confused by all the tactical changes Nessa looked from each member of the group to another. She did not really know what to do but she had a feeling. "I will attack Dark Croise B from the back row." She made her bow ready for the time the battle began. 'Yes, yes. This is good.' The strange voice muttered. Nessa felt weak, unprepared and tired. Some sort of shadow was hanging above her.
  17. Hi Brickington. Will meet you in the Hall soon Have a good start here
  18. Thanks... so I guess I should take a potion then so I will hope for the dice roll
  19. OOC: I think we have to sort out some things, if it is possible Nessa was still not ready to face the final fight.
  20. Just a practical question on the rules (from Q55). We have some encouraged enemies. As for my understanding, a level 8 foe would do 16 damage, for me standing in the back row it would be 8. If I'm wrong please state. I just want to get through the rules
  21. "Alright... So it begins", Nessa said. She tossed one potion over to Janek. She remembered the venom in her pocket. She opened the bottle, smelled the fluid, gave it a disgusting look and let it flow over her arrows. "I also have this fire bomb. It might be useful in the fight. Shall I take my last potion now, wait for a time in battle or give it to Janek, too?" Nessa got in some troubles of mind. At least her head was not full of voices. What was that new one? Now she thought about it. It was in some kind dark, fearful, cold. Other than the other voice she had heard. Her mother's voice. In an obvious changed manner, much higher but also frosting, the voice returned: 'No, my little lad. Everything is fine! Just go out, rely on your strength and kill those enemies!' Nessa was confused but she said: "Yes, mother. That is the plan." She decided to take her last potion before the fight starts keep the potion in her bag and then grabbed her bow tight and shouted out: "You Croise shall be damned. With my power and strength I will bring you down. And I will start with Croise Chevallier B from the back row, as soon as the battle starts."
  22. Having already forgotten everything her mother told her, Nessa said to the fainting Thalion: "But be quick. I am eager on bringing those damn Croise where they belong... to their graves!" 'Fine, fine... go on this way, go on.' A strange voice entered Nessa's mind but she didn't really care. She got used to the speaking in her head...
  23. "Thank you for this", Nessa said looking at the strange thing in her hand. "I am ready to go. And I will wait on the right time for healing." The last words of her mother's voice still were in Nessa's head. Since then she had not heard anything. But she cared less than she should do...
  24. Missing the chance to show off her skills Nessa was disappointed. 'You are short of mind, silly!' "At least it is over. Master Thalion, do you think it is the right time to use a potion? We certainly will not have time to rest." Then she turned around to the dwarf and said harshly: "And for the gods sake will you stop that annoying sound?!"
  25. Greetings joeshmoe, perhaps there is the one or the other possibility to get some rp-stuff done Have fun here - and who knows, the next quest is just at hand
