  1. What else that I spent money on? Actually not much else then Lego. The only thing except from Lego that I use alot of money on is pc and videogames (ofcorse do I use money on other things too, but not much). Im sorry to say that I have totally lost track of how much i spent on videogames, cause I have more than 80(yes 80) xbox, xbox360, ps2 and gamecube games along with a bunch of pc games. Just too bad that I share half of the games with my younger brother, but without his help then might not had been able to afford all of those games.
  2. Ok, here are deeplinks for all of the pictures. Sorry for the bad qualty, but photographing skills arent very good. Also beware of extremely huge pictures! Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Pic 4
  3. To celebrate my 400th post I have decided to post my latest MOC. A Streetscene inspired by the Spider-man 2 movie. Both the grey building and the two cars may be familiar to most of you, as they are from two of original Spider-man sets. Enjoy: Brickshelf Gallery when moderated BTW I have decided not to resize the pictures this time as it seems that Brickshelf have started doing that by itself. or atleast so it seems.
  4. I allways get told by my friends at school that I spent to much money on Lego, allthough that I dont quite agree with my friends on that matter, is there a little bit of thruth behind it. Especially when the local Tru is having a sale, which happens quite frequent. I have been useing alot more money on Lego lately as I have gotten a job at the local swimming bath as a swimming instructor. I got to make an estimate as I dont keep track of how much that I have bought, but I do think that it is 500-700 USD a year or 3000-4000 Danish Krone. Some years it might very well be less if that there arent coming out any interesting sets.
  5. As a long time fan of the Halo series, I must say that you really caught the spirit of the series very good! Your marines as well as your warthog are some of the best that I have seen lately! Are you planing to make more Halo mocs? cause I would really want to see more of this! BTW I see that you mention Saber Scorpion. Did you know that his Warthog once were featured in the official Xbox magazine?
  6. I bought a handfull of these weapons for my minifigs, and now I just gotta wait for them to come.
  7. Thats good to hear! BTW am I really the only one who dont think that the AT-AT is riddicolus? I agree that it might not be as nice as the old one, but atleast the neck doenst seems to be as flimsy as the old one and the walking mechanism is also a big plus.
  8. I wouldn't count on a minifigure if the set is a UCS/mindstorm. Still I'll ask about it and tell you the answer Actually you can see a fleshtoned Lune in pilot suit hanging from below the AT-AT, so there might be a chance that it will come with mf's if it wins the poll. BTW looking forward to an answer on the matter.
  9. I voted for the AT-AT, since I never got the first one, and this one seems a litle more durable. My main reason to vote for the AT-AT was that Im mainly into sets with minifgures and not UCS models, even though that they do look cool.
  10. I think that it is okay to bring up this matter, although not in every single thread. I also hope that it will debunk a rumor that I once heard, that Lego should be cheaper in Denmark than in the USA, which is not true.
  11. Today I bought the following sets at my local Tru, which have 33% off all Lego this week: 7703 Fire vulture 7705 Gate assault 7782 Batwing 7779 Batdragster Actually I was hoping to buy the Batcave and Jabbas sailbarge, but they didnt have any of them, infact they never had any of them., even though that they had the ISD and the UCS batmobile. *wacko*
  12. Nice review Hobbes!!! Too vad that the bridge pieces are made out of soft plastic instead of the normal hard plastic used for all other bricks(nearly all bricks). This review actually made me consider buy this set, although not at full price, but then it is good that my local Tru is having 33% off all Lego tomorrow :-P Im looking forward to your review of the big crane.
  13. I have a feeling that this set will be available on S@H very soon, cause a pic of the set can be found on Lego's own webpage, right here. The pic is the same as seen before, but I thought that I would mention it nonetheless BTW upon a little more searching did I find these pics:
  14. I think that they were found right here.
  15. Nice design guys, based on an even nicer theme!!! Cant wait to see the first cation contest!
  16. I remember the one of them(6576) being pictured in an old Lego Magazine that I have lying around somewhere.
  17. Thanks for the link, Tilius! 10 minifigures in total!!! am I really counting right or am I dreaming?
  18. More pics of Arkham can be found here! It seems that the the cells in the two towers have been turned around, so that the entrances into the cells are on the back of the towers, which I actually think is much better.
  19. The hero tank is available on the Danish S@H along with all of the other Exo-force sets excluding Super Nova. BTW Im thinking about buying Hero Tank but Im not entirely sure if I shpuld buy that one or possibly one of the batman sets.
  20. Actually the main building contains 3 extra cells where you can put the villians from the other sets. This information comes from this thread.
  21. no. The price listed in the danish catalog is 999kr. which is also the price lsited on S@H. S@H had written a wrong price on the ISD(1199kr.) previously, but it have now been corrected to 999kr.
  22. Wait till the first caption contest of the upcomming Batman Month 8-
  23. Good review Sam!!! The model seems to have alot of technic pieces, which is a big plus for me. For anyone interested in buying this model and the other new exo-force sets, the sets are now available on S@H Europe!
  24. The answer to your question is unfortunately no. or atleast not no such information or rumors have floated the net. I personally hope that they will release a Wayne Manor, and think that many other wishes so too.
  25. Thanks for the pic Reideen1313!!! Arkham was alittle different from how I had expected it to look, but nonetheless a very interesting set, with loads of even more usefull pieces. BTW here is a high res pic of Arkham.
