Klaus Dieter wrote: Hello everybody! Captain REX posted in this topic that there is a list of possible new January 2009 SW sets on this website. Since nobody seems to have mentioned that until now I decided to open a new topic for that. Again many thanks to Captain REX for this news. So here the list: Clone Trooper Battle Pack Droid Battle Pack TIE Fighter TIE Bomber Separatist AAT Attack Shuttle (These are only expected sets - no official news by TLG!) If this is real then I'm already very disappointed with the beginning of next year concerning SW. It's the 10th birthday of Lego SW - and there shall be only two OT sets?! And these two sets are only re-designs of older sets?! One thing to the information itself: I highly doubt if TLG will release two very similar vehicles (TIE Bomber and TIE Fighter) at the same point of release - that's imo not very promotional . If this set list is real I really hope that we'll see more - and new, too - OT sets during the rest of the year - otherwise it would be a very poor 10th birthday ! Klaus-Dieter Well, I guess it gives you more of a chance to recover after buying the death star. I really like all of the sets on this list - since I don't have any TIEs (not sure why ), and an AAT; and want more clones and droids. Still, there's that set that we voted on to come that year so don't rule OT out yet.

It looks like a really good set and like it is a lot larger than the old one. Thanks for the review!

Mystery Castle - Day 8

Pual again? I thought we got rid of that creep? -
Although almost every set since Episode III has been great (not counting Vader Transformation or Ultimate Lightsaber Duel), my favourites are: 7261 Clone Turbo Tank - Nice minifigs, great features, and a well-made tank. And, you can find some of these for nice prices. 7665 Republic Cruiser - Looks so stunning. 7676 Republic Gunship - Can't wait to get this one. 7681 Homing Spider Droid - This was one of the most important things that TLC skipped from AOTC so it's great that it's finally being done. Unfortunately, it's limited edition.

Mystery Castle - Day 8

I shall also vote: Lady Suzanne/AgentRick . She always seemed quiet and suspicious. Plus, she was always obsessing over that ghastly herb garden of hers. -
Actually, I'm sure that it will be all of them. But yeah, the 26th. Which is only 5 days away!

Actually, I had a good nights sleep in the servants quarters. What about you? -
Mystery Castle - Day 8

Hey, I just overheard this stuff. Maybe you should interrogate everyone who walked down to the cellars that day. There were obviously traitors passing by who wanted me to overhear that stuff. Or, Dragonator is playing tricks on me to make me look like a traitor. Also remember that I did vote for him. -
Does anyone think that this should go in a separate thread instead of being lumped with this year's stuff? Anyhow, great news! I'd rather a tan AAT but if a new, blue one does bring the price of the old one down, I can live with both.

Actually, its TrooperDavinFelth's Brickshelf.

Nothing as I expected. My Walmart only stocked up on January sets in early February so it stands to reason that I'll see these in September.
-
I totally agree. This set was absolutely awful.

Mystery Castle - Day 7

Due to the current information, if she does indeed have night actions, they're probably seducing members of the castle. -

What? *Looks at torture kit.* Some of those are bottle openers??? So that's where they went. Even the friar excommunicated me when I failed to open the wine bottles. I even had to buy new ones. You could have told me that you'd taken them. Just for that unvote: Damien/Dovchenko, vote: Kyle/Trexxen. Wait, I don't want to get on the wrong side of a guy with an axe and pointy things. Sounvote: Kyle/Trexen and revote: Damien/Dovchenko. -
That definitely looks like what I saw. I'll check again today but I doubt it will be there.

Mystery Castle - Building Challenge Discussion

Eek... I don't think I'll be able to enter - I don't even have any castle-related pieces. That and a lack of a camera. -

OK, since I suppose your right, I'll unvote: Lady Suzanne since there isn't much to go by and vote: Damien/Dovechenko. Still, where are those two - maybe it's an affair. -

I too have suspected Lady Suzanne for a while now - after all, her husband was a traitor. This being said Mary, you and her are the only women in the castle so if she is innocent, you will have plenty of explaining to do. But for now, as she has yet to talk, I Vote: Lady Suzanne/Agentrick57. -
Oh, I know wuzzupbob. He's sponsoring the Eurobricks Building Contest too. But yeah, they're amazing customs.

I saw that as well as a large Clone Wars display at Walmart a few days ago. Came back today and they were gone. It's obviously a conspiracy.

Mmm...the build for the AT-TE looks interesting yet somewhat like the old one. Thanks for sharing!

Mystery Castle - Day 7

Yeah, I know, Pual is definitely traitorous. Do I seem like the kind of person to poison anything? Yeah, he'd have probably drank it! Hey, you make me sound like an alcoholic. In fact, I've only started drinking now with the murder of the poor king - there was too much stress on me the first day (since everyone just assumed that it was the servant, cook, and cellar keeper's fault) that I needed a way to calm. You're bias shows. -
Bionicle 2001 and beyond: An essay of personal thoughts.
commanderbly42 replied to VBBN's topic in LEGO Action Figures
At first, I really enjoyed this line. I especially loved the Bohrok and managed to get three of them. After the initial first year, I just found that it started to go downhill. Now, I'm not really a fan of the line at all but still have my cherished bohrok (albeit, 3000 miles away ). Now, I can't make heads or tails of what's going on now in Bionicle though. -
Mine just stand around near their respective sets, or sit or stand (whichever works) inside them. So no, they don't really get stored in a special place.

Nice review! I really miss all of these classic town sets - I have quite a few back home which I hope to see next year. Thanks!
