I think this set will be my first purchase. Looks like a cool set and it has some exquisite pieces. Not to mention the fact that almost all of the figs are exclusive to the set.

Uhh I think it was Battle of Naboo. Did score a nice deal from a teen in Colorado. Got a near mint Republic Gunship plus 3 jawas, a sand green scout trooper, and the old AT-AT for $60. Best money I have ever spent.

I think the rehash theme will definitely hit hard. I can see many things that can use a good improvement from AOTC sets. Gunship and AT-TE I think are pretty good the way they are. Maybe they could make something we haven't seen done with LEGO? Not sure what ships or vehicles haven't made their way into sets yet from AOTC... I agree that a Kaminoan set would be an awesome addition to AOTC sets.

Hoth looks ok. A hybrid between space police and alpha team: mission deep freeze haha! I am starting to see a trend in LEGO shifting their focus from the actual set playability to making some pretty sweet figs. Although I do not personally buy a set to get the minfigs, I am sure LEGO did some research into that area. I feel like many of the recent sets include flick fire missiles and that's about it when it comes to playing. Not saying that the set should all be based on play features but I feel like this one in particular is lacking. I mean they could have at least had a hallway where the top collapses and snow tumbles on top of the people inside.

How long did it take you all to receive an email notification? I received the automated email immediately and I have yet to receive an answer about my gold. I emailed them nearly 6 days ago.

I believe you are referring to that one individual's room with all the star wars memorabilia. I don't recall if it was a LEGO falcon or a model version that resided in the case.

Why do some people from my country not take the time to read over their posts? Is it really that hard? I always feel like people look down on us and it irks me. But I digress... I had no idea the Executor was about four feet in length. I think it will make a good display in glass case coffee table. I can't wait to see some pictures of the Hoth set. Soon hopefully.

Great work Dongo! This excavation took me by surprise and it continues to dwell on me. The beautiful work on the tops of the columns leaves me drooling haha! Keep working on excavating!

I agree with your set ideas Fives. I totally forgot to add new Jabba's Palace with a new printed Jabba and maybe through some Gammorrean guards and Boussh!

EP.1 Since the remake of TPM is drawing near, maybe we can get another Gungan Patrol with some cool stuff? They already have the new Gungan heads. EP.2 Arena Battle with Padme, Obi, and Ani chained to obelisks. Add the reek, acklay, and nexu and you got yourself a snazzy set. Maybe if we get greedy, throw in Poggle. EP.3 Not much IMO other than specific clone factions with their respective leaders. EP.4 I would like to see a Tusken raider battle pack with a bantha! We also need another set with a dewback(maybe new printing?) EP.5 Cloud city playset remake. Practically everyone wants it, kids will buy it, it should happen. EP.6 Stormies with printed legs heck the clones get em stormies deserve them now. Not sure what else

Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get the ones you wanted mrblue. The Egyptian theme was a magnificent start to what I hope to be a long and healthy Adventurers line. New animal molds and brilliant designed figures mean fun MOCs and excellent building. I hope jungle is the next area of focus. Jungle sets have always been my favorite. I had the old temple from back in the day with Johnny Thunder and the gang when I was a boy. I must have spent days playing with it.

Hi all! I have just recently finished collecting the PQ sets and they are beautiful Now, on to something more pressing... this cast of characters from PQ. Do you guys think that LEGO will follow the path of the old adventurers and send Jack Raines with his crew into the jungles and even into the icy slopes of the Himalayas? I personally would love to get a zeppelin and some elephants would be sweet! Anybody got any cool ideas they want to discuss?

Well first of all, I apologize if I offended you with my post. I agree with you that the aesthetics of the ship itself are off. We should definitely talk about proportions and things that are right and wrong with the upcoming sets. I just don't like seeing a lot of hate. I much prefer happy times. Haha I am with you on that!

I wasn't complaining that we haven't been getting new molds as I am sure that the time will come for most alien figures to be made. I am glad to see that LEGO is branching out more with their brilliant figures. As an AFOL, I watch children buy these sets mainly for the figures and when the figures look good, mom and dad's wallets empty.

I like the look of the new falcon more-so than the previous models. Obviously the mandibles look a little out of whack but a little reworking will easily fix that for me. As for interior, I just add stuff myself. On a side note: I think we are being a little too critical of something that is aimed at as a children's building toy. That's why we go the UCS Falcy

I was rather disappointed with the coloring error. I am definitely not sending my coins in to LEGO just to get some common coins back. I guess we here in the US will have to wait for something to change.

Aliens have always been something of importance in Star Wars. I feel like they are long overdue especially certain key characters. Hopefully with the introduction of the new Alien Conquest and the late Space Police sets, we will see some new molds popping into Star Wars sets.

Wooden Jack is a pretty neat little fig. POTC was a great addition to the pirates in IMO. Pirates was great before but with some of these new pieces and figs, I can sense some amazing MOCs coming.

Back to the cardboard issue, Clone O'patra, I have opened several of the sets and I had several interesting revelations. The Mill- cardboard and plastic sleeve. London Escape- cardboard and plastic sleeve. Cannibal Escape- no plastic or cardboard Isla De Muerta- no plastic or cardboard.

KimT has spoken haha. I personally am not bothered if this is not a set. I passed on the sculptures back then and I would pass on them again now. Much rather would see CC or JP sets as I am sure everyone else would. I think with the exclusion of Boba Fett from the SSD we could possibly be getting some set with him in it.
