I think town when not being the roles is where we all come together and are greater than the sum of our parts and do cool analysises and uncover scum and so to act against town would be to try and halt the discussion, mislead everyone etc. That is acting against town. My previous definiton was a bit vague.

Well if you look at the conversation as a collective with valid discussion etc. Against town would be to start arguing over nothing or just being generally useless etc. trying to anger people, That's how I see it.
