  1. @TimorzelorzworzGreat work on this alternate model! Wish we would get more old-school cars instead of modern race cars that are too curvy to work well in Lego.
  2. No, the tires are 62.4 x 20. You can clearly see it in duckbricks short from FMD.
  3. They keep putting Arocs wheels in Icons sets instead of making a proper Technic set again.
  4. The only "brown" 1:8 hypercar anyone should buy is the Maserati Gran Turismo. That one is done properly in a really nice metallic brown copper and fully motorized too.
  5. I think TLG will just use reddish brown for the parts (e.g. log liftarm in the Harvester), because a new metallic color would blow their budget, so the car will look like a brown turd with lots of blue and yellow pins and axles sticking out.
  6. Further details of the IVECO Bus. Sadly it's just system bricks, no Technic functions at all: https://www.themodelworkshop.co.uk/cada-bricks-1-43-iveco-crossway-bus-832-pcs-c59007w.html Nice idea for the packaging of the dinosaur fossils trio: https://www.themodelworkshop.co.uk/cada-bricks-tray-of-3-dinosaur-eggs-with-stegosaurus-triceratops-velociraptor.html These are pretty cool:
  7. @SaperPL I've printed your XXL turntable on my P2S FDM printer in PLA (top) and PETG (bottom) and it turned out great! Still a little high friction despite of lubing it with grease, but I hope it will wear in. This part is huge and built like a tank, even though I used 50% sparse infill, it weighs 34g. As I said, the only thing that would have made this turntable even better was having inner gear teeth as well. One thing I notice on the injection molded production part is that they made the grey bottom part a bit higher so that the black top parts thrust face is not on the same level as the bottom surface to not cause friction. They also changed from 4 large outer clips to 6 thinner ones to make the clips more flexible and fitment easier.
  8. Spur gears. The teeth have larger contact pattern. You just need to pay attention to the age of the gears. Newer gears are made of a softer plastic mix.
  9. It's a pity the chain doesn't drive any piston engine. I feel like this is the weakest model of the bunch. 5 newer reddish orange parts and 2 cheap spur gears don't make this 7€ set a bargain either. The yellow axles and the blue gears stick out like sore thumbs. I get that bevel gears don't work with chainlinks, but lbg 3L axles would have made a huge difference. The next magazine should be released end of April as the cadence is every 2 month. Here's my Studio file of it: L0002292.io
  10. 180€ is a really good price. I can't seem to find any below 350, even second hand here in DE. And now the new set price is increasing because only a few still stock it. It is uncommon for an EOL set to still be available on LEGO.com and not be highly discounted. Not even 30%.
  11. New Technic parts in the Model T (wheels, windscreen):
  12. I think recolors are worse than missing B-models, especially if the sets don't get revealed at the same time. And I bet that the green Bugatti will be exclusive to LEGO again so there is no real choice for most people except to buy the main retail set.
  13. Here's the 2026 CaDA catalog: https://cada.toys/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/CaDA-Katalog-2026.pdf
  14. The color scheme and manual version of the AMG One are great. Kinda regret buying the motorized, silver grey version now. The Alpine's look really good and the print quality is superb (source HdS video):
  15. You can only put those in the middle. You need bevel gears for 90° transmission at the wings.
  16. Yeah, love the color scheme. It's a pretty swooshable little set. Here's my reverse engineering of it: 30736.io P.S. I would modify the tail stabilizers to have movable elevators by switching the 5L axle to 2x axle+pin. The included 3L friction pin is enough to hold them in position.
  17. Nah. Let them make something outstanding for the 50th anniversary instead of minikits and preferably excluding cars.
  18. Tell that to the CMF adult collectors who used to feel the packages or now scan the Data-matrix codes in the stores. It's true that I am one of those, but that is not the point here.
  19. Well, if there will be 8 different kits, then maybe I won't be able to resist. Let's see. Edit: Looking at the right corner, you can see 8 models on the box, so It's really 8 different ones (the same tick mark as seen in CMF's) rather then an 8-in-1, but there is also a "Series 1" written on it so there could be more in the future.
  20. Sorry, I just don't see the appeal of these 6-in-1 microbuilds. They also seem to contain less pieces than a Technic magazine gift. It looks like it's the same box in a display unlike the collectible minifigures where you have 12 or more.
  21. Here's my reverse engineered GWP Kanto Region Badges display case, in case you want to rebrick it instead of spending 650€ on a set: 40892.io
  22. I had accidentally a second canopy pieces in my Submarine bag. :D This "supercar" is not very pretty and the lack of steering wheel or seats bugs me. Still much better value than the basic minifigs from the licensed magazines.
  23. I can re-upload it if you still need it. Here's are the online instructions: https://www.blue-ocean-ag.com/fileadmin/Bauanleitungen/LEGO_Technic/412601_LEGO_Technic.pdf
