  1. Thinking about it, does any LEGO theme need a story? No, they add the story to work on your imagination.
  2. Great funnies Oky and Penguin! I especially like the first one, Oky.
  3. Good luck to all the players. I wanted to play in this game, but I couldn't find the time in October (I'm very busy). I will enjoy watching this game from the sidelines!
  4. Wow! What original preliminary names! Thanks nrg for the list, but these don't really tell us much about the sets. Can't wait for the prelims!
  5. Well, I find it hilarious that when one Legend of Zelda has already been achieved, another, similar project about Legend of Zelda is the fifth most supported project as of this post. Even though the achieved project is more weapons-based, there really isn't that much difference between the two projects. So even if the second project does get the 10,000 supporter, regardless of if the other project is produced as sets, the idea will not be produced because it is almost the exact same idea as the other.
  6. I don't know, seeing that we haven't seen preliminaries or a list of what minifigs are in which set. Most likely Lloyd's Kimono variant will be exclusive to the Character Encyclopedia.
  7. Man, I had no idea that this Batman had leg and back and leg printing! I might actually get the Visual Dictionary. This is by far the coolest Batman variant. EDIT: I'm now a Citizen!!!
  8. Man, I am going to die if I visit this thread anymore.
  9. Yay! Star Wars baseball FTW!!!!!!
  10. I'd have to say all of them except Embo. He's too awesome to die.
  11. Why would they do this? LEGO doesn't usually bring back retired sets, do they?
  12. This theme sounds amazing! However, ever since Mars Mission, it seems that supposedly good-natured humans are being pitted against evil aliens. What has LEGO got against aliens?
  13. Turns out I have two of those. I could sell them both for $3,794.
  14. Well, those are just stupid. The Ninjago spinner idea was much better, as spinning the spinner with your fingers actually required skill, not just pulling some cord.
  15. Sorry, but what exactly is a ripcord?
  16. Then we must be very patient then.
  17. Yay! TMNT wont replace Ninjago!
  18. These are great Oky, especially the second one from your latest post.
  19. The news on the ... erm? exclusives, or summer wave sets is very promising! I really hope that Obi-wan and Ahsoka are in their season 3 onward outfits, since this is the perfect time to redesign them. Plus it would be preferable if Rex was in his Phase II outfit.
  20. Man that guy looks amazing! I don't think LEGO confirmed this, so it's only a possibility that might come true. The only other theme besides TMNT(which the idea of LEGO making this is just ) that seems related to Ninjago is Legends of Chima. I think that Legends of Chima will be the theme to replace Ninjago, not TMNT.
  21. I think we've heard about this before, but we hadn't seen pictures. Thanks! This Brickmaster looks just about as bad as the last one.
  22. How did that suddenly come up?
  23. I think that LEGO would never make any licensed theme that wouldn't make money. However, their main target group is kids, so stuff like Firefly and Shaun of the Dead, wouldn't really appeal to kids. Appeal to kids is most likely the leading criteria when deciding on whether to make a new theme, or reviewing a CUUSOO idea. LEGO may even take appeal to kids a whether the idea incorporates violence, religion, or politics. I really don't know how much they really stick to these "moral issues" though, seeing that LEGO made Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, and Super Heroes/Batman.
