  1. No, your Cat A and Cat B entries must be separate. But you can include a picture of both entries assembled in both topics.
  2. My first reaction when I saw the first picture was: "Oh, Sunder is finally building with real bricks..." You fooled me, again
  3. You're short of 230 credits to buy these two items!
  4. Any fleet move this week?
  5. Yes, adding a video to the pictures is allowed
  6. You can do the game board as you like. If you want to include all the princess, do it. And if you want a cinderella themed board that's ok too.
  7. Some news about the contest. First, I've added a whole week to the deadline, which is now June 5th. And just a small detail... the prizes are announced
  8. Here is the (crappy) video, and a picture of the ball tray.
  9. Today is the best day to promote Eurobricks' latest Star Wars Contest hosted by MKJoshA! If you're interested in participating or just looking at the entries, head up to the Watto's Junkyard.
  10. Guys, this has gone a bit too far... Stay polite to each other. Thanks
  11. Thanks It's inspired by japanese/asian aesthetics, but it's not Kawashita!! I already have a game board to go with it, but I'm still waiting for a B&P order (but I think the package may be lost ) to finish it. I plan to make a video showing the features, especially the "Action Button" that allow some movements on the game board. The knobs do get back to center when released. Edit: Oh and to be clear, yes I've prepared this before the contest's launch, so I'll be disqualified
  12. You don't have to own the set. You can take a look at the instructions that are available on Lego website, and/or download the LDD file that is linked in the rules on first page. I don't think it's too soon. In fact, I think it's too late, since we had great game boards posted before! No need to have the original set. I don't have it but still could build something
  13. Thanks for the info Oky, I thought that Zamor balls were 2 studs large... So I guess it's best to avoid them.
  14. I remember watching the trailers for that movie when I was young... Never saw the movie though. The gargoyle head does a great job, from what I remember of the genie's head.
  15. The Sakura tilt system features return to center handles, a built-in tray that can store up to 4 Lego balls and a push-down button to transfer some movement to the game board. 16. Thanks for sharing your hard work! I think a nice addition could be some more generic labels, like "Modified Bricks" or "Tiles" or "Robot Arms".
  17. Official and custom stickers are allowed, but not recolor of printed parts.
  18. As long as the tilt system is operated manually and is still usable with the games board, you can build it as a gbc module.
  19. I'm not really sure what your idea is. I'm guessing you're talking about the Category B, the tilt system ?
  20. I was going to say no anyway... I really encourage participant to at least download and take a look at the instructions, especially for Category B.
  21. Yes. You don't have to build a tilt system for your game board to enter category A. But you have to post at least one picture of the game board alone. Any kind of Lego ball can be used.
  22. Every parts produced by Lego are allowed, including power functions and mindstorm. Digital entries are allowed. You can enter both categories. Renders of models are allowed. There is no restriction regarding the themes, you can do what you want. Just remember that there will be a public voting, so if your theme is completely obscure, that may cause the voters to underestimate your entry. No. For category A, pictures of only the game board is enough, but we'll look at them closely to be sure they fit on the tilt system of the original set.
  23. Game boards need to be playable, so they should not be too fragile. There is no height restriction, but if you put a tall structure only help by one stud, it's obvious it won't resist the tilts!
