  1. Hey guys, I was going to make molds of some of my custom accessories and cast them in casting resin, but first I have a few questions: 1. Do Alumilite's resin dyes work with the "Amazing Casting Resin? 2. How is the level of detail of the final casts using Amazing Casting Resin and Amazing Mold Putty in custom LEGO parts? 3. Is the final result durable? If there is any other information you could give me regarding this, I would love to here it. Comments and Feedback appreciated!!! :) - Jake

  3. Hey guys sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Hey I was wondering: Can you melt old broken Lego bricks into liquid ABS plastic for use in molds for new custom elements. If not Lego than are there other types of plastics that can be melted at home. Also how do you melt the old Lego bricks? Thanks again. ~Jake Burklin

  15. Hey guys, I was wondering: "How do you post pictures in a topic in the MCW Forum?" I want to post some pictures of my new custom minifig right into a topic but, whenever I click on the "insert a photo/image" icon in the 'Topic Toolbar' it asks me to enter a URL for the image in order to post it in the topic, but the images I want to post are on the Desktop of my (Mac OS X) computer, so I don't have a URL adress (or link) to enter. So far all I'm able to do with regards to posting images is to use the "insert a link" icon and post the link to my Flickr photostream, but I really want to be able to post pictures straight in the topic, (article) like I've seen many other users do, when they post custom minifigs and images of their decals. All comments, replys and feedback are welcome (and appreciated). Thanks again for all the help. ~Jake Burklin

  22. Hey guys I just had a couple of questions regarding creating cloth accesories for custom LEGO minifigs. 1. Can [Does] felt work well for creating waistcoats and kamas? 2. If the answer to the first question is 'yes', then, can you paint felt! Please respond ASAP. :) Thanks, ~ Jake Burklin
  23. It's in The Minifig Customazation Workshop Forum. I posted it on June 13, 2012 (if that helps) :) You can also search "custom Lego Sculpey tips" into Google Search and it should be the first thing that pops up. :) Thanks, Jake Burklin
