I don't really know the range of such a weapon, but it's probably quite a distance :-P . I should try to look it up. I think that their accuracy wasn't very precise, but due to their highly destructive shells, they were still very effective versus fortresses and the morale of the enemies guarding those fortresses.

Nobody at TLC can tell me that Exo-Force is about anything else than (futuristic) violence. In this line their is not a single vehicle, fig or anything else that has NOT the purpose to attack, defend or just fight. Therefore it IS a military theme, futuristic but nonetheless military. But Exo-Force's main point in the storyline is to defend Mankind from evil robots, so the violence has a reason(from a certain point of view), but a real military theme for me would be one where there is no reason for all the slaughter. That's what I meant by saying that Lego wouldn't be able to say the weapons are for show only when they created such a theme.

When I saw the Bloviator by Legeaux, I was surprised how small the mortars on his ship were. I thought that the mortars used to be huge, bulky siege engines, like in Age of Empires 3 (see image below), so I developed my own mortar, called 'The Queen of England'. It features a turnable gun barrel and a non-accurate pedestal (and that's about it :-P ). It's not that special, but let's move on to the pics nonetheless ;-) . agreed. that's what i said...probably not as eloquent. :-P still no military theme though. TLG has weird policies.... *alien* I think there hasn't been a military theme yet, because that's ONLY about VIOLENCE. If Lego produces a military theme, they won't be able to say that they are against violence. Now, they can still say that and use playability as an excuse for the modern weapons. (Did that make any sense :-P )

i think lego is just getting rid of it's pseudo politics and just focus on getting what the customers want. seriously...if you think a tommy machine gun is not real you've gotta be living in a shell somewhere in tuvalu. you may make an excuse for star wars but batman sets are violent. period. So are Castle sets, Wild West sets, Pirates sets, etc. Almost all themes had weapons, so why are people whining about Batman's weapons?

Wow! That's a nice looking ship. But I think that the creator should've stayed with normal Lego rope ladders. Also, should'nt it have a bit more crew :-P .

I'm not really into the gangsta stuff. But it's still a pretty good movie. Triple X though, now that is a bad film... ;-) I know Triple X isn't that special, but I still like it.

8 Mile :-X . I hate that movie, but I can't really say why. Perhaps it's because I don't like all the gangsta stuff and all :-/ . They should make more movies with Metal involved >:-) . Like Triple X, where Rammstein plays live in a certain scene(Feuer Frei *wub* ) Or like Daredevil (I know it sucked), where Bullseye is more of a Metal guy.

The Royal Knights weren't really the golden age of Lego Castle, they were more like the last great theme of the golden age.

I watched POTC 2 yesterday. I can't really add to all that's been said here, it's really good. I loved the movie, I could've just stayed there and watch it all over again. I can't wait for the third movie *wub* .

Because it's a LOW COST Deathtstar ;-) .
