Never bought any.....Had not gotten back into Lego yet but I always walked down the isle and I really thought the Helo was sweet. It does seem to me that some themes just seem to be fillers. Aquanauts, Aqua zone, what was the last submarine theme that lasted two years? That reminds me I need to find that Helo on E-Bay.......... Thanks Brickster.

Thanks for the review brickster, I do own this set in it's original form, The only drawback that I have noted previously is the lack of rotor's and the cobraesq of the copter body I wish it had a larger fuselage but I still have it and I still like it despite my criticism....Which I am sure is in my eyes only. Thanks again Brickster. I wish I had bought some of the other Res Q sets but of course I only bought three.

Well I for one really like this set it has to be one of the nicer ribbies that TLG has made tons of playability and nice options for redesign, Great set overall. Thanks for the review. :thumbup:

Nice set what a great find, This is one thing I think the TLG has forgotten about, The creator houses are nice but they are not really geared toward a town them (No mini figs, Cars etc) these sets were and that adds so much to a town layout it can't be overlooked. I really like this I may have to start my EBay searching..... Thanks Hinckley

Well it got all fours from me. I do like the Res Q theme I bought the little rig and the helicopter and the boat. I really like the boat and the helicopter leaves a lot to be desired, No rotors mostly body and a Cobra/Apache seating arrangement only suites an attack helicopter. But all in all a great little set with some great alternate building idea's. Which is one of my biggest peeves with the new sets..... Thanks again Brickster

Great review Brickster Why exactly did the outback, Adventure etc. themes never quite catch on......Just a thought. What a great set! I wish I had it, But in 1997 I was just back from my whirl wind trips around the world and had drifted away from Lego I don't know why. But I will say this I love the actual suspension that came with this set and the trains sets I have been trying to buy up as much of it as I can, And now I see I need to add one more set to the "I need to get that"

That is so cool however there are no mounted troops packing M1 Garands to long to wield on horseback. But I still think it is cool!
