Honestly, why do so many people dislike XT4? Sure, he has his faults, but for a cheap set, introducing a new torso piece and using a lot of bone pieces, he's quite acceptable in my opinion. Actually, I think he pulls off the style he has perfectly.

I agree, although Futuristic (or disjointed-timeline) Japan and Ancient (mythical and misspelled) China clashes a bit.

I love this! While I am not a fan of the MF series, this is awesome.

I just wish we will get as a final feature for Ninjago fans a special "Spinner Customiser", where you could make your own (ninja) figure out of a couple of premade designs in a few colors, choose the color combination and symbol for your spinner, build some weapons out of basic parts and make a character card and choose a couple of basic cards to add to your spinner pack.

Well, I hope we get some more news regarding the Stone Army before then.

Well, I can't wait for the next episode, and if it takes a while, we'll have the 2013 pictures, so we will know more about the Stone army anyway.

Great MOC. I always wonder why people are more creeped out by scorpions than by spiders, and I see Stephanie seems to agree with me. Good job on using parts normally reserved for the creepy and scary in a MOC and making the result look cute.

That looks like it could bring down a 100-meter robotic scorpion (which, incidentally, is one of the projects I'm planning) if given a little backup. Awesome.

They did actually give him a spinner, in that one set. It's like the training pack of this year. Good thing that most of the really rare figs from last year were ones I didn't like.

Actually, I got XT4, and he's pretty darn awesome. Using his new small torso, a regular torso with the wide shoulders and the connector released in Drilldozer you could make a 12-armed villain! And I must say that Voltix and SD are two of LEGO's coolest sets of all time.

Let's hope that the 2013 sales are as ridiculously good as they have always been or better, and that LEGO continues it until summer, so that there will be enough time to cancel the cancellation.

I'm hoping that some day LEGO will cancel all it's licensed themes and replace it with it's own unique ones. Anyway, I want and hope that Ninjago will continue into the summer of 2013, as the summer sets are always the best ones.

Have you thought of replacing the trans-lime spider with one of the new glow-in-the-dark ones?
