  1. Ha ha, thanks for the comments guys, guess i did not really notice the nipples, i have removed these now, and will be updating the picture too. This is based on Tyson in his prime, so no need for a face tattoo. As for the Wonka ones, i was gonna do them a bit later today, so maybe you could edit your pic, Rick to remove the images? Cheers.
  2. Really enjoying making some CubeDudes, heres my favourite so far, Mike Tyson. Please leave some comments. See all my creations here > My Flickr Pages
  3. He'll probably have better luck at Hamleys on Regents St not far from Kings Cross either.
  4. Thanks for the comment. Contrary to popular belief B.A. does smile, and did not always look moody, I thought the head was a pretty close choice, and am really happy with the torso too.
  5. Thanks for all the comments guys, they are ALWAYS appreciated, I have a few more retro TV and movie mocs coming up so keep an eye out for them, and of course I have a big collection of LEGO movie posters at my Flickr page, if this stuff floats your boat. Keep the comments coming.
  6. Thanks for the nice comments, look very carefully Vultan does have a beard. And I'm pretty sure it's the best choice from my extensive fleshie collection, what face would you suggest? I only use 100% official LEGO parts. As for your challenge, they are 2 programmes that I never watch, but hey I'll see what I can do! :)
  7. Ahhh, of course, I only everuse 100% official LEGO parts, unless a competition requires otherwise. The Murdock one is Mutts from Indiana Jones, and B.A's is also from Indy, its Mola Ram's. Thanks for the feedback guys, glad you like. Ha ha, I was hoping someone would think that, I wonder what they could make? Maybe a 24 seater plane or a 67 Chevy?
  8. (Ten years ago / In 1972), a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The A-Team. Another childhood throwback. With the new film coming out soon, I could not resist. You gotta love the A-Team. I know people have done LEGO versions before, but here's my take on it. Let me know what you think. Thanks for looking. And I hope I have the right forum for this?? Large images and all my creations are found here > My Flickr page
  9. Carrying on from my other TV/Film moc's from my childhood, heres Flash Gordon, The Emperor Ming, Princess Aura and Prince Vultan. Please let me know what you think, good or bad. Bigger images, and all my other mocs found here Flickr
  10. Wowsa, thanks for the comments guys, it's always great to get feedback, and frontpage twice in a few weeks. I have a couple more TV character scenes coming up in the next few days, I hope they prove just as popular.
  11. Feeling a little nostalgic, and created another of my favourite childhood TV characters. The Lone Ranger & Tonto. Please let me know what you think. Visit my Flickr page for full size images , please feel free to add notes and comments on there, I love feedback. More TV charcters on their way, soon.
  12. I think i am right in thinking that Disney now own Marvel, who obviously created Spiderman, and what with Disney's tie-ins with LEGO this year, I'd say its not a bad bet that we might see spidey in LEGO form soon. I personally hope not, as I have a full set of ALL Spidey LEGO sets, and they keep on rising in price. As for Meg@b*cks having the licence, I would of thought that, that will no longer stand, now Marvel have sold out to Disney.
  13. Yep Ice cream, it's a technique thats been around for a while now, but not sure if the train tech guys use it? Thanks Xenophilus!
  14. Wow. That is huge, and has great details, well done, makes me wanna get my HP collection down from the attic and build one!
  15. Front page I'm flattered, thank-you! And thanks for the great feedback, it's always nice when someone takes the time out to comment in such detail. It was a very fun build and only took me the best part of a day in total. I have been using purple and chrome quite a bit lately, and all my Wonka stuff have purple as a base. Thanks again Thanks, the figures are very popluar, and I am very proud of them. Strange indeed, well Willy Wonka is a strange as they come. Yep, like I stated, i have no education on trains etc, and did not try to hide this fact, i just set out to build a wacky train that maybe people thought Willy would of invented, and of course it had to run on Chocolate fuel, and be full of scrumdiddliumcious details.
  16. Thanks, Ah, the decal is in fact a photoshopped logo. No it was all made indoors. Cheers. Nope, all brinklink and pieces I have accumulated over the years, whenever I make an order on bricklink I add chrome and dark purple, i have quite a collection now. Thanks for the comment. Well thank you! A song, hmmmmmmmmm. The legs are these wheels, taken from the axle. Tricky but effective. http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/3137c01?img=10791 Some from the knightbus, but not really that many to be fair. Thanks badboytje. As for the oompma's not having faces, I think it adds to their mysteriousness.
  17. Thanks BIG Cam, nope it was not in the movie, or the books, but hey, his ingredients have to arrive in some way or the other.
  18. Now, please do not shoot me, I have never built a LEGO train MOC before, and I have no education on how trains work, run or are built, I just wanted to add to my Wonka creations. So I present to you "The Wonka Express" The Wonka Express returns back to the Chocolate Factory, crammed full with scrumdiddlyumptious ingredients, such as the ripest apples, suculent Cherries, zingy limes, tangy satsumas, cool coconuts, tasty bananas, fiery Chillies and sweet Pineapples, Oh and a locked chest full of the special ingredients that make Wonka's chocolates the best. Found it hard to get a photograph of the whole train, so please do look through all the images on Flickr for clearer and higher resolution shots. High res images and lots more shots to be found here: Wonka Express Full set on Flickr , please leave comments hera and add notes/comments to Flickr.
  19. Ooooh I only have a few days left to win. Just to let you know, there are two images the same on the calender. Days 17 & 18.
  20. I guess some people are never happy? Great review, thanks, for the price this set is great value, 4 figures that are unique, great pieces, a fun build and great to see LEGO taking a few risks.
  21. Awesome MASSIVE build, just find it hard to view on MOCPages as it takes sooooooooooo long to load up. Wish I had that much amount of tan/sand.
  22. A traditional British Christmas, visit Flickr for more images and the story behind this creation. Good luck all.
