  1. As it's only for Spain I don't think they even thought at Bob , I think it has more to see with Obama In my opinion they just wanted to illustrate hard work leads to success with that motto. You're welcome
  2. Thanks! Yes, it's funny how so common urban element with practically the same design everywhere could have so many colour schemes These for example are just common in mi city, in the rest of the country there's a large variety, excepting the yellow one which is pretty regular as it's only for recyclable items.
  3. Really nice and very similar to the original for a micro-scale MOC
  4. Another nice LDD creation, Klaus-Dieter
  5. Thanks for the nice comments! I know, I had a lot of doubts about that detail but without the sticker the front looked a bit too empty I don't really understand what you mean but thanks anyway. No. Actually that was the idea, MODing just the color scheme
  6. Thanks everybody for the nice comments! A bigger one wouldn't fit properly in a pathway Actually that was my first idea but kiddy legs are so extremely difficult to find. I hope I'll get some with the Christmas sets of this year. If so, I'll change it for the final display.
  7. I absolutely second that
  8. Wow! One of the hugest LEGO castles I've ever seen. Really nice find, Teddy, thanks for sharing!
  9. I found this universitary newspaper with this curious frontpage the other day in my class (it's about the Selectividad, the spanish access examination for University). Funny, isn't it?
  10. I was inspired by Marisa's classical VW van and I decided to try some MOD with the 7639. Hope you like it. The perfect vehicle for a summer day with friends! Comments are welcome
  11. Hi everybody! I had some little MOC City elements for my never-ending display around and as I had a bit of time this afternoon I decided to took some pics. Hope you like it! First we have two typical bins of my city, Madrid. Now a 8398 turkish MOD: a Döner Kebab stand. (The credit for the meat idea goes to Spazski, a builder from the hispalug.com community. And they would say nobody likes Lego in Spain!) Here's now a little Pizza delivery bike for Al's. And last but no least a re-design of my little van, now adapted to go with my MOC Flower Shop (coming soon, promised! ) Comments are allways welcome.

    MOC: Patient

Wonderful little MOC. Accurated and self-explanatory
  13. Mmh... that 5891 would be very easy to modify for a City modular display. I think I've had a little idea
  14. Even if I'm not a Lego Western fan anymore I really appreciated this theme line when I was younger and I would be glad to see it re-released just like Pirates or Castle have been I'll sign, then
  15. Thank you very much Stash2Sixx! Hope we could do things like this more often, where all the community would be representated
  16. Nice job, good to see someone still like those old Black Knights fellows! BTW, the french name for your castle is a bit incorrect. The correct way would be "ForteREsse des chevaliers noirS"
  17. Funny and creative mashup! I specially like your work with the tree and the decoration for the house

    City 2010

Despite the fact it's ridicously expensive I must say hurray for 3117! Some AFOLs have been waiting a small car like this one for years and years!
  19. Wonderful review, really! Unfortunately my economic situation doesn't lend me to purchase this TLC's wonder and I've not seen one in real in my life (well, just one time in a Toy shop in Paris...) but as kris kelvin says I still consider it as the best Lego set produced ever
  20. Thanks for the nice comments, people Seems AL'S is becoming popular again! Actually I have a Comic Shop, a Flower Shop and a little green cafe corner waiting for months in my table... The only problem is that every time I look at them I say "well, I suppose I can purchase some more bricks and add some more details" so it's allways a never-ending job. I'm waiting a last BL purchase for the end of this month and I promiss you I'll post them as soon as possible, and the final display too, of course. Hope you'll like them If someone's is interested or you haven't seen them yet I post some pics of the improvements I did for this MOC:
  21. Amazing display indeed! I specially like your residential area and the SWAT team If I can make a suggestion I would have put more MFs (yep, even more... ) in it for making it more lively but of course that's just my opinion
  22. 8401 was the best one in my opinion. We've been waiting for this one for years, since the end of the 90's! By the way, aren't we talking about 2009 City sets?
  23. Thanks! If you want you can check some improvements I did for this MOC and some WIP of the main project here
  24. Nice and creepy MOC I visited Haunted Mansion in Disneyland Paris some years ago when I was younger and I can say it was my favourite ride too
  25. Great! I really like all these African MOCs of yours
