I quite agree with you. I 've made the last modification during my lunch break. I kept the bright yellow but i removed the tan.

Actually, I 've made few little houses in 16 studs. This sunday, I decide to finish one of them. You can recoginze the "future fishmonger's" in the middle of this 3 houses. I've added a celar, changed the ground floor and raised the 2nd floor.

At this time there no interior on the upper floors. I envisage doing an office or a meeting room. No problem for the brick effect, I'm not the creator of this technic : It was a MOC with spiderman around a building

Hi, this is my new modular : a post office I've tried to make bricks "brick" with a mix of plates and tiles.

Thanx for your comments. There is no separation between the different "building" : each level is all in one piece, each one = 48 x 16 (or more) studs. There are only separation for the different roofs. The 3 GE is built in one building with the 3 levels. The roof is quite fragile.

This is my new modular. There is no interior yet but i wait for order from BL . Inspiration comes from "wooootles" 's creation, , and this moc is like a tribute to his work. with other buildings... in castor city

I integrate this MOC in my town. It was a little bit high and too big next official modular. I reduce for 5 tenons but I decide to extend on the left side.

This is my definitive version. I waited for pieces from BL and tried some modifications but not really nice. Only little changes on the facade and the structure for the interior. Thanx for your observations and good luck for the contest... RDC On the first Floor On the second floor...
