I really like that torso for Ant-Man and even more so, the use of the Lone Rangers head for Yellowjacket - need to update mine accordingly!

RE: Taskmaster, it's this torso from the vikings sets: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=973pb379 The cape is just two capes - a plain red one inside a plain white one. Thanks! And looking forward to the update :)

Thanks! Much appreciated. I was always planning on making a lot of these minifigs but only finally did it when I got inspired by this thread! I'm kinda running out of characters too - my main interest is the X-Universe - outside of that I'm a lot less familiar with any obscure characters. I have a few more planned tho, although not many we haven't seen versions of already and not all purist either!

Hopefully not killed it yet! Been meaning to post some more for a while - credits etc. on Flickr as usual - let me know if you think I have missed anyone I should have credited. Cheers :) The head is the from the Kraang robot in one of the TMNT sets with a standard Iron Man helmet over it minus the faceplate.

Wolverine and Mariko Yashida (I accidentally used a non-purist claw in this pic, but I can't be bothered to re-photograph!): Some from X-Force now... Rictor (I'm not sure if the scarf is a genuine colour or not - I got it off a 'Hard to Find Colours' shop on Bricklink: Boomer/Boom-Boom: And some from Excalibur... Vision: Again, technically I think the cape is non-purist - but a normal yellow cape would also look fine. All my purist and non-purist capes are mixed in together so I can't remember which is official and which isn't.

Hi - this is my first post here - but I love this thread so much! It has inspired me to make a bunch of minifigs of my own. I'm in no way dead set on mine all being purist - so I am only posting the purist ones here - if anyone wants to see the rest they are on my Flickr. On Flickr I've tried to credit all my inspirations (or people I have blatantly copied from!) so I'm not going to repeat it all here but let me know if you think I have missed any. Cheers.
