I would love to build number 18, the gunsmith.

I have a pretty competent PC for gaming, a Wii, and a PS3. Chose the PS3 over the 360 because we really wanted a blu-ray player (which is 200$ CAD, PS3 is 300 ). Also, the online on the PS3 is free, it has exclusives like God of War, Resistance, LBP, etc. I don't play the Wii much anymore, just equal amounts PS3 and PC.

Talk to the Star Wars Moderators and Regulators
Millacol88 replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
KimT and the other mods are just poking some fun at all the members with usernames such as clone/commander/captain something who flooded the forum around a year and a half ago. His title explains it. -
Actually, you did:
-
How many times do we have to explain this? A person's avatar/character appearance/looks has nothing to do with who is scum and who isn't Drop it. Sorry, should be a period after"isn't."
-
It was whiskey. Yes, I think this was caused by careless photography...of life, not because of mafia business.
-
Your above post doesn't explain why you think Roy Orborson is the third killer.
-
How did you arrive at that conclusion? How do you know he is the third killer?
-
I will also unvote: Wilkerson/Ricecracker.
-
If you want to vote off someone you suspect is the town vigilante, you are either scum or a disillusioned townie. The vigilante is one of the most important roles in games... of life. In the beginning, all they have to go on are suspicions. You can't blame them for killing someone who was highly suspected by the town, as Lois was. If Susan hadn't been voted off on day 1, if it had been Lois instead, would you have wanted to vote off everyone who voted for her? No, because they were going on suspicions. Which is why voting someone off because they made a mistake in trying to defend the town is stupidity in itself.

Do you have any tan system parts (like basic bricks, 1x2s, 1x4s, 1x6s, etc.)? I might be interested in buying some of those.

Custom Painted Clone Trooper
Millacol88 replied to Millacol88's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I tried masking the area beside the fin, but some of it still seeped through. I'll see if I can touch it up a bit more. I was thinking that a little turpentine or varsol on a q-tip would get the extra paint off, but I'm worried it will discolour the white plastic. Anyone know if this is true? -
Custom Painted Clone Trooper
Millacol88 replied to Millacol88's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thanks guys. Yes, I'm planning on scraping off the paint that managed to get off the fin. I'm thinking what happened is I layered the paint on to thick, and then it started dripping onto the rest of the helmet. I just used some cheapo testors brushes, I'm too cheap for an airbrush. This actually didn't take too long at all. I had the paint and brushes sitting around left over from a plastic model I built. -
Inspired by VBBN, I decided to paint a clone trooper today. This is my first real custom, so be gentle. Front View: Angled View: Profile Back View: With a Custom Gun: Painted with Testors Enamel. C&C welcome!

Unvote: Robbie Willis/Whitefang Vote: Wilkerso/Ricecracker If not Willis, thwn it's been you spreading the most confusion. Your talk of a neutral killer does not match up with what we know has happened during the night, yet you still insist you're right, but won't explain why. Should be Wilkerson, not Wilkerso.

You revealing what he is isn't necessarily a terrible thing. If our town protector has any sense, they'll know who to guard after you reveal what exactly he is.

Revisiting old topics (Bumping)

*Waits patiently for 11 months, 3 weeks, and 5 minutes to tell Svelte that bumping topics is bad form.* -
And I just happen to have a whole bunch of that! Definitely going to try this out!
-
Good work there, VBBN! That makes me want to make a custom fig for my avatar. I'm also wondering what piece those shoulder pads are? And I think you should take off the silver bit under the nose, it's looks a bit like a Hitler 'stache.
-
And so my genius exhibition of contemporary humour makes no sense. Why did someone make a topic on ages?
-
You don't have a child, do you? Because if you do, the other kids must say "your mother wears army boots!"

Revisiting old topics (Bumping)
Millacol88 replied to Tom_castlefan's topic in Forum Information and Help
Maybe, but the point is that the person in real life would most likely wonder "what are you talking about?" Which is similar to when on a forum revived threads tend to confuse and annoy people. -
I'll also vote Robbie Willis/Whitefang. Mr. Right's theories make sense. I also found it strange that he suddenly started contributing, and his claims were a bit confusing.

Revisiting old topics (Bumping)
Millacol88 replied to Tom_castlefan's topic in Forum Information and Help
Well, I think, like Sieggy said, its considered common sense, so its hard to make rules for it. And its appropriateness changes from forum to forum, even thread to thread. It's only really annoying when, like Big Cam said, people reply to a year or two old post like its from yesterday. Think of it as a conversation in real life. If someone said something to you, you wouldn't go back to them a year later and say: "Remember that time you said such-and-such, I don't agree with it!" -
Mr. Right, I have a question: Why did whoever tried to break into your office not succeed? They were obviously not killed, so is it a stipulation on your night effect that no matter what, the investigator, blocker, protector, killer fails?
