  1. KimT, aren't you a bit mad he's showing your wife in such revealing clothes? EDIT: 1000th post!
  2. "Don't, DON'T TOUCH IT!" Very funny.
  3. I'm not really big on Indy, and I probably really wouldn't be big on a book about it. Good luck, though.
  4. Definitely like the shape, not such a big fan of the colours. I would really like to know how you managed to use vertical plates as the tower's walls and have it actually work in such a complex shape.
  5. I don't know where to start. The buildings are awesome, particularly the left one, I like the textured, brickish look you gave it with the tiles. The square looks great, and I like that you decided to go with a more detailed look, instead of just tiling it. My favourite part is definitely the ship, and the sail. The way it is attached is genius, and you'd never know just by looking at it from the front. Couldn't that basic shape of the ship also be used for a viking longboat? It would be a nice alternative to those huge molded pieces. Lastly, the minifigures with there puffy pants made me laugh. </rant about awesome MOC>
  6. Nice collection, and welcome, by the way.
  7. We really need one of these in Ottawa.
  8. Thats a handy trick, IS. I think you can even do that dpi thing on as basic of an image program as MS paint.
  9. Meh. I like the one you used. Plus Rebelscum might not have let you use it.
  10. Thats what I figured. I was laughing my megablocks off when Darth Legolas was obsessing over where it came from, who the people were, and why he hadn't seen any of the ships before.
  11. I'm pretty sure he doesn't even know what it is, its just a random picture with "Lego", "Star Wars" and "Invasion" put on it.
  12. I'll need it. So many good entries.
  13. I'm just trying to help you realize that tuskens aren't all they're cracked up to be. Anakin ripped a whole clan of them to shreds without breaking a sweat. Besides, all they can really do to intimidate someone is wave a stick around and speak incoherently.
  14. What are you going to do? Point out discrepancies in my tax return? Humans > zombies > tuskens.
  15. Stupid tuskens thinking there so good...
  16. Thank you Svelty. I suppose we are enemies in this contest now.
  17. Anything from the first line. I completely missed it.
  18. Thanks, Legolas. I wasn't aiming for it to be humourous.
  19. A slave 1 UCS is pretty much on the top of my want list. They would sell like hotcakes.
  20. Version 2 is up. Check the first post. I added a dual-barreled gun just in front of the astromech and behind the cockpit, a little greebling and some crossbows on the midsection, as well as a storage area. I also changed the colour of a couple of parts so they would fit better with the colour scheme of brown, dark brown, bley, and dark bley. Feedback is appreciated!
  21. *Cringes* *Eye twitches* I'd like pirates or space.
  22. All is not well in the Castle theme. The conglomerate that is Star Wars is soaking up all the money of Lego-buyers the world over. Looking to dethrone SW as the predominant Lego theme, the trolls created a contraption based off the famous Y-wing starfighter, an iconic ship of the Star Wars theme. The trolls hope that when it gets sent into battle, it will not only match but outperform its counterpart. EDIT: Heres version 2: Overall View: Front View: Left Side: Right Side: Back View: Top View: Close-up of an engine: The Cockpit: Here I added a dual-barreled gun, I figured it needed some more firepower. The "Main Fuselage": Here you can see I added several pearl-silver "teeth" as well as crossbows. Storage compartment: I added room for storage of extra weapons and a shield. The Pilot: The Astromech: I hope you like it, and if you see anything you think I can improve or have a suggestion to make it better, please comment and share. Version 1 (when public) Version 2 (when public)
  23. Nice review Bricks. The only problem I see with this set is the lack of minifigures when compared to the 6211 ISD. Thats not a big deal, though. Oh, and just so I don't buck the trend: *Insert negative comment about the writer of this review, the review itself, the set, newborn puppies, and life in general*
