During the last 300 years nine clans have assembled every spring to discuss matters, both good and bad in their respective territories. This spring is no different where the clans have once again traveled to the annual council meeting. Where discussions rage and decisions are made, about taxes and how they are going to rule and protect their lands for the coming year. Every clan gets to cast one vote when decisions are made, except the clan who is hosting the council, they have been given the privelige of casting two. It´s also the years biggest market and it attracts people and merchants from all corners of the known world of Hauta, to exchange news, feast and peddle their wares.
