Here's my entry for the Microscale SciFi Contest. Built on an asteroid not too far away this Space Communications Relay allows the contact to our more distant colonies.

B-OM-31E I also had the idea for a modular playground, but see for your self: playground_01 This is an overview. To be able to use all the available space the construction company omitted the fence. Might not be safety compliant. Might have been their last works contract for a playground. playground_02 A girl building her sand castle while her mother relaxes on one of the benches. And there's even a pram! playground_03 He is enjoying the slide! And I hope you enjoyed this entry, too.

I really like your vignettes. For me Rapunzel is the best one! (I love the tower!) I also planned to do some fairy tale inspired MOCs... Maybe I'll wait a little longer... Hmmm... Where is the autumn foliage from? (Can't find any of those colors on BrickLink!)
-
Pfff... Just found out that you can change photo or avatar and of course I only changed photo and wondered why I didn't see the changed avatar... Now is everything fixed and I should also be eligible for participating in the contest!

Our wedding anniversary inspired me to rebuild our wedding photo in Lego. Partly a forced perspective experiment I'm very happy with the outcome! wedding_anniversary P.S.: I hope this forum is the right one... After all, the bride (apart from the skirt) and the groom (apart from the head) are from the CMF series...

Hmmm... I hope it's ok to post it here... A grand piano
-
I like the second one best! Mostly because its (for me) unusual form, but it's also dense with atmosphere. For the third one it took me quite a while to figure out the balloon! But it's funny, if you get it!
-
I also love this MOC! Especially the lamp and the TV! But also how the son grows a beard in between the two frames!
-
Thanks for all your congratulations! Some comments to your comments: Oops! Well... That's part of the fun! I think a piano is still widely used when rehearsing choreography and maybe will also be in future! LEGO Star Wars 9489 Endor Rebel Trooper & Imperial Trooper Battle Pack When I get it, I can finally replace the Clone Troopers! To be honest I found the keyboard technique while researching for this project. Interestingly enough I cannot find the references I found back then.

Hi! This is my entry "Imperial March" to the Star Wars themed competition of the Austrian Lego Community (LGOe). Although there are some flaws (the clone troopers for example ) my MOC came out first place! imperial_march_1_klein

Here is my friendly avatar (in a bigger picture ) My sigfig secretly occupied Olivia's treehouse... SoF_big_bg Edit: Or is it already too late to enter?
-
Well, that at least sounds interesting! (apart from increasing the price) If they do it well (similar to what UDE and now Cryptozoic did and do with the World of Warcraft trading card game), the video game could spark interest for the minifigs (because the gamers want the codes) and the other way round (because the minifig buyers have the codes and might want to try them in the game).

As I've just read on Gamasutra that a new Lego MMO based on the MiniFig franchise is in development! Let's hope that it will be a bigger success than Lego Universe!
-
My points go to: Oky - Nighthawk - 2 pt. Natelite - The Mime - 1 pt.

Very cool animals! I also noticed the lack of (bigger) animals in LEGO. The kangaroo is my favourite at the moment! *supported on Cuusoo*

I voted I would tell an employee. Maybe I'd try to persuade them to leave the open pack to me, before they'd throw it away... Maybe I'd even pay (a lower price) to get the open pack (if there's anything of real interest for me in it).
