    Well you will be able to build it this year since it will get a VIP early release on the 16th. of December! I'm really happy with the set. I think Jamie did a perfect job on this restaurant and in my mind is on the same level as Green Grocer.....

    Just as a note, LEGO has asked us to remove the pictures, although we received them through an official channel! We will grant there request! and repost the pictures when we are allowed to do so!

    Those two sets are Poly's in the line with Spring Seen, Summer Seen and Fall seen, the Thanksgiving one could be US exclusive but the Santa one should be available worldwide! now back to our topic!

    Not sure why people have a problem with the pickup truck delivering a christmas tree? It is actually a common christmas seen and represented very well in this set.

    I think that the designers at LEGO have enough work on there hands releasing one Modular a year! and this is working out fine, just the way it is Although the next Modular 10243 (Parisian Restaurant) might be a January release with early VIP availability just before christmas.......... but we will have to wait and see.
