You have trouble with the minifigs? Sometimes if I feel the heads are a little stiff going on, I just twist them around a little when I'm attaching them, which seems to do the trick. For 1 x 2 plates, I usually put the stack on the separator, and then hold the bottom plate with one hand (pulling gently), and pulling on the brick separator with the other. That almost always makes it easier for me. I'm always scared I'll chip a tooth if I use my teeth, or even worse, get tooth marks on my bricks!

Awesome article Brickster! One thing I have found just about myself, is that I'm much better about not buying a set that won't have lasting benefits for me. For example, I buy much less Star Wars than I used to, because SW has so many parts (especially the Technic) that I really don't use much for MOCs. So, I try now to mainly buy sets that I know I'll be able to re-use for MOCs, or ones that I know have some minifigs or parts that will likely not be too common in the future, thus making them worthwhile.

That one was merged because it's pretty much the same thing as the "What did you buy today thread", where everyone else posts what they buy. Those topics are merged because it keeps the forum neater, and so everyone knows that that's where those kinds of posts will be. I think you'll find that we're pretty much the loosest people you'll meet, especially when it comes to personality. We just want to keep the forums organized.

The US list most likely doesn't exist yet, because the minifigs won't come to the the US until June.

It might be a possibility. As of now, we don't have plans for a new Bayonets at Dawn Contest, but you never know. I'm not the resident battle expert, so I'm probably not the one to ask.

This is fine, as it clearly is part of a battle, just slightly before the battle is to take place. That's a good take on the contest theme, so you're good to go. I would definitely consider re-taking the pictures though, that would certainly present your entry better. Should I remove the WIP from the title for you?

Yes, while I don't like any tattoos, I agree that it's one thing to have a small one in a not so obvious place, but it's another to have your whole arm covered. Those are much more difficult to forget about. I prefer less permanent ways to express myself. For example, to express my love for LEGO I have a LEGO logo keychain on my Swiss Army Knife.

Lovely work Mr. Pretzel! That roof design has a great shape, don't see one like that too often. Nice work with the flames as well, as well as the interior.

I just checked for you, and they don't fit too well. If you press a little harder the backpack will give way enough for the helmet to fit, but it puts a little stress on the pack. So, it's doable, but not ideal. Hope that helps!

I was wondering that as well actually. The other day I saw Draggy's name in regular red as well.
