Direct sunlight will make the bricks yellow faster, but even casual exposure to natural light over a prolonged period of time will cause them to yellow. Nothing lasts forever, so don't worry about it. You can't exactly lock yourself in a room and ONLY have your lego there, now can you? Where's the fun in that?

Wouldn't it be easier to place the camera on the table and either turn up the ISO and lower the shutter speed/Fstop than to use fillflash? ;-)

No, that's why they're in an odd number, and listed separately. I should've been more clear. I ordered the top three sets from S@H, and the bottom four from TRU. That's why they're relatively expensive in comparison, and relatively old in comparison :-P

Hey, nice MOCs! I think your designs show a lot of promise, but there are a few things we need to work on 1. The designs are a bit blocky. Try using some slopes, or a little more SNOT to smooth'em out ;-) 2. The door on the truck is a little high, and small. Try making a larger door, and making a little step-ramp thing for people to get up there :-P 3. Interesting...color...scheme on the boat :-D Hey, when it comes to Lego, almost anything can work. Just try to make the coloring a bit more natural, if you know what I mean. Not so blotchy Overall I think it's a great start, and I can't wait to see modifications and future MOCs!
