Whimsy, I've already told everyone on Eurobricks about that. They've all seen the image you PMed me.

For me, McToran were the best for nostalgia, compactness, and a simple but attractive design. After that are probably the Voyatoran for their size and variety- though they had no new weapons or colors, and some had mildly awkward designs, I really enjoyed them. They matched my 2001-inspired concept of what a Matoran is better than any others since, with their tininess and whatnot. After them is a three-way tie between Metrutoran, for their versatility, Mahritoran, for their complex build, and Av-Matoran, for their (mostly) bright colors and new masks. They all have points knocked off their enormous size. I think that the Av-Matoran could be favorites of mine if they weren't super-expensive and as tall as the Toa Mata. In last place are the 2003 Matoran. I hated those guys. They looked like weird, awkward body-builders and somehow managed to remove all the endearing qualities of the McToran. Those bizarre chests...

New idea, guys. I actually like the recent information on the Baterra and Red Star, but I think it was revealed too early. To prevent this from happening again, I'm just going to avoid the OGD. Then things that spoil the mystery like this will be revealed to me at the appropriate time, in the actual story. WHO'S WITH ME EDIT: Look at the frame of the film between Mata Nui's legs. Agreed. I really like Bunda's, but the gunmetal should definitely be something else. While six is a good moc, I don't really like all the silver and spikes. Not very fitting for Certavus, I think. Nine is very good, though. Good colors and design.

The arms go as far down the legs as necessary, but that doesn't make the proportions correct. The shins should be shortened and the thighs should be lengthened. Or something. The proportions are definitely off, though. Your knees are where your hands should be, and your arms are much too short.

Pretty good construction over all, but why are the arms so short? (And great helmet-choice.)

I hope we get to see Taipu. I adore him. (And yes! Greg took my Ahkmou idea!)
