  1. Hey everyone, I'm writing a Batman series called 'The Survival Game' where basically, Ivy has turned Gotham into a desert island. I thought it was a really interesting concept so please check it out. Issue one has been uploaded so I'll link that. I'll upload the photos here but not the stories- I'll just link them. I'd love some feedback on what you thought and I'd prefer some actual improvements over '' It was good.'' or ''I didn't really like it''. One thing I tried to do was interpret characters differently. As you can see with the Joker's alternate outfit and hair. I also really like the effect on the photo but I'm not sure what to think about the story. Thanks, TT. http://www.flickr.com/photos/91926269@N06/9308990684/
  2. I was really into the HP line and by chance found the winter break contest and joined a few weeks later...
  3. Really? Blatantly taking the piss out of OCD and autistic people. Let me just say that I suffer from OCD and like Omi- those are not things to be taken lightly. Congratulations, I'm sure you're proud of yourself. Back on topic, I'm hoping that Arrow and Spidey could somehow be preview figs and not exclusives...
  4. Absolutely brilliant. Went after about an hour and a half to see Public Enemy because there were so many people there it was becoming unbearable. Overall, I saw Jake Bugg Vaccines Bastille Seasick Steve Rolling Stones Public Enemy Arctic Monkeys Dizzee Rascal Elvis Costello Kenny Rogers Mumford and Sons Two Door Cinema Club Alabama Shakes My favorites were Two Door, Bastille, Jake Bugg, and surprisingly Kenny Rogers. Bastille were awesome on the John Peel where thousands turned up to a small stage which was hard to get to. #commitment I was 4 rows from the front at Two Door- if you don't know them and like guitars then check them out, they are great.
  5. Found this really funny thing- Warning, contains a lot of swearing so I wouldn't click if you are easily offended. http://www.buzzfeed.com/lukelewis/highs-and-lows-of-going-to-glastonbury?utm_campaign=socialflow&utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=buzzfeed
  6. Heading to Glasto tomorrow, cannot wait!
  7. This is my dream job. I'm actually going to study this at Uni.
  8. I made a WW1 Trench and was very proud of it...
  9. Wow! It has just changed from awful to awesome. The figs are neat and I must say, everything except the hood looks fab.
  10. I went to see Kiss when I was 9.
  11. HaloMaster... but I'm not saying which.
  12. Yes! You guessed it.
  13. I like some of the knights, I'll take a think and let you know.
  14. Disney bought the merchandise rights to SM last year so at least we may see some sets.
  15. Updated on my Flickr with photos of new stuff, click link in signature.
  16. Some bands I'd love to see in bold, though I saw Flaming Lips (they were ******* awesome) and Green Day.
  17. Yeah, 2012. Best and worst coincidence of my life...
  18. My mate collects them, so I'll chuck in a lowball offer of $10?
  19. I forgot some others. I saw Kiss at the NEC a few years ago. Green Day again at the O2, U2 , Dizzee Rascal, Gorillaz who I also saw later that year at NEC (because they sucked at Glastonbury- not right sort of venue IMO), Scissor Sisters, Lightning Seeds, at Glastonbury and some more I'll list later. My dad works at Glastonbury when it's on in exchange for free tickets so I'm going with a load of mates. Was also supposed to see Red Hot Chilli Peppers at Knebworth but my grandma died the same weekend so I went up there, ended up going to the national Space Centre for some reason where it happened to be Brickish Weekend.
  20. I also have a 2006-8 Dark Knight Batman that I'd trade for any old Batman villains, ightwing, old Robin or any new Arkham Asylum minifigures or anything I really want.
  21. I have been to (recently) Green Day who were supported by All Time Low and Kaiser Chiefs. I saw the Twang a few weeks before and James before that. I am already pacing for Glastonbury in a week and will see Two Door Cinema Club and The Stones there. Hopefully Jake Bugg as well and probably Mumford and Sons, Dinosaur J. What concerts have you been to?
  22. Very close to how someone built it. Hope this shows up in the Daily Mail.
