  1. Thats perfect !!!, thanks a lot Bob  .
  2. That's it, but they still could have made it a bit shorter and would still keep the capacity of turning. I have a few and they're not that good either. If they get to correct the shape of the helmet I may buy a couple of mini CTT.
  3. You are one dangerous enemy... talking seriously, your builds are absolutely flawless, keep up that great job .
  4. I tried that before, you mean these: , I actually have quite a bit of spare bricks since I only kept built very few of the sets I buy, but the problem lies on the fact that the "sliding(?) mechanism" of the doors requires of one of these: and that means that there needs to be a plate holding it on a very low position, the shape of the door is the easy part, the problem is how to keep the opening/closing "mechanism" working without getting to complex. That technic brick is the backbone of the ship, inside there are a couple of technic beams that provide EXTRA structural support so its solid as a stone. Thanks for your aid and compliments, I hope some one comes with another solution regarding to the doors, meanwhile the will do as they are.
  5. It would make no sence to put a 501st trooper, it is obiously a place holder, no doubt it will be plain white, what concerns me is if they are going to use the same helmet mould, something on the current phase two helmet doesnt feel right.
  6. Thanks for your feedback, regarding to the side doors, that is indeed its greatest flaw, I would use some help on that matter, the original solution doesnt work on this size, regarding to the green bricks, I dont have those bricks in any other color.
  7. Absolutely awesome!!! , I allways wanted to see this made into a star destroyer, the missing link between a UCS and a system scale or better said, the perfect combination, my only complaint is that the office takes to much space, maybe a medical centre would look nice too but there is not enough space for everything, what about the rear? a little engine room would good too.
  8. So I finally got my hands on the new RGS and I must say it looks amazing, but is waaaay to big and with all its battle stations I would need at least 5 Clone Troopers vs Droidekas battlepacks (?) to fill it properly, and in some aspects I feel it a little flimsy and that handle feels a little stressed while moving it, since I ran out of dust-safe shelving space, I had to alter it to fill the next requirements: Be smaller (no shelf space) Have one seater cockpit (I have only one pilot) Have no bubble turrets (they make no sence to me) Tight close side doors (if the doors are not going to close why the need of them) Minimal play features (I simply display and swosh around a little) Be strong and sturdy like a brick (a real brick) Be aesthetically sleek Now the backstory: During the clone wars, the LAAT/i was one of the fastest and most effective ways to deploy troops into the battlefield, however many were downed by the CIS during deployments behind the enemy lines, and the crescent need of sending troops from onboard of the cruisers straight to the ground required of a vehicle capable of traveling on the limits of a planet´s orbit, for those reasons Rothana Heavy Engineering developed a new variant: the LAAT/s fast enough to outmaneuver a heavy bomber/fighter thanks to its higher maneuverability due to its smaller size and aerodynamics, travel through hostile enviroments without further modifications thanks to it air lock pressurized side doors, and quick land/take off capacities to deploy and extract safely troops behind hostile ground, all this characteristics combined with the strength and fire power of the regular LAAT/i make it the ideal vehicle for elite troops and support personnel. 9. A soldier with a story, there are not to many of your kind over here, no doubt a worthy warrior, I am looking forward to see your performance fighting under the imperial flag.
  10. Amazing details all over the ship! I can barely remember seeing one of your creations that I really admired somewhere else but i simply cant remember.
  11. You gotta be kidding, it's absolutely great!
  12. Great story and build, my only complain is the net, I dont know if the studs connect through the "holes" but if they do, you could have tried to connect a few plates to have a more desert pattern, other than that it looks very good.
  13. RGS, I love it but is way bigger than I expected, I will mod it into my LAAT/s project.
  14. Great job, your entry reminds me pretty much of Rooks .
  15. No time to count the casualties just yet, those rebels put quite a fight, "Lord Vader will not be pleased".
  16. We need reinforcments! those rebels are scaping, intesify fire over their ships! FOR THE EMPIRE!.
  17. Good build, I recomend adding some details on the exterior and if the other side of the wall is not intended to have anything behind, try to take shots that dont show it so much. I like tha wall .
  18. Nice one, it does feel like something is about to happen but the black screen looks a little plain.
  19. The empire is always in need of fresh troops, of course you can, but you must report with the nearest recruiting centre at the Introduction and Discussion topic: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=85286
  20. Absolutely perfect!!! is like if it were a removed/deleted scene of the movie.
  21. Wow, thats a huge improvement, I like it very much, I dont want to be pessimistic but I think the rebellion will own this battle.
  22. I love it , thanks for the close ups, keep on building and whelcome to Euro Bricks .
  23. Cartoonish Stormtrooper I guess, those horribly deformed clone trooper helmets of the CW show only meant to represent a cartoonish incarnation of the actual one.
