  1. Bob, I love the look of your rendered creations but seeing this in real bricks makes it appreciate its dimensions a lot better
  2. Very nice walker! now I will have to update mine with your design, well done
  3. It seems to me that your LAAT is a little smaller than the official ones, thats something that I really like, the whole vehicle looks great, specially the rear, I only have a couple complaints, first: I liked the lime green bit on the official ones that is missing in yours but thats just me, second: the engine/wing section needs something else, it may be the colors.
  4. You have some very nice vehicles over there, and the entire scene looks great!
  5. Nice job with that destroyer! I think the rear section is a little tall.
  6. Absolutely agree! I would suggest to keep building new stuff, the more original and of your own design, the better, creativeness should always be the miror of your own psyche/soul , but I also recomend to finish your proyect before anything else comes to be built, dismantling your current assembled creations or sets will always open the door for new and more awesome vehicles/scenes/universes, but you could also save their memory in your PC or an online platform and share them if you like, but this would not apply if you have an unlimited supply of bricks ofcourse, I am no psycologist but have readed a few texts from C. G. Jung and S. Freud and I think you would find yourself very pleased to see your own thoughts shaped in the physical form of a new ship, an awesome SW story, or your own original theme, this may be a little of topic from the SW forum but is a very clever question, but if this actually reflects on your real life like never completing one task or loosing interest on things too fast you may want to ask a real psycologist (a good one) and NOT a psychiatrist (psychologist=fixing traumas and complexes on your mind, psychiatrist=drugs for you brain ). .
  7. Nice greebling on the walls!!! would you mind if I borrow your technique?
  8. Is it going to be part of the senate building? it looks great!!!
  9. Looks very nice and sleek!, I like the details on the rear and underneath, I would suggest another solution for the nose and the guns on the front, every thing else looks great .
  10. Thanks Doc, I will be brainstorming on a solution for that. Of course! I actually intended to take a pic doing so . Thanks Chills, sturdier is always better for me.
  11. Look closely, he is hiding right behind that crate: P1010002 por Nom Carver, en Flickr
  12. Thanks a lot guys, glad you liked it, regarding to chewie, this version has been improved to be able to resist against furry creature assaults.
  13. Haha! chiken walker... Oky strkes back.
  14. Thanks, since I looked at that Outrider on the rear of the SD box, I always wanted to reproduce it but never had the guts to touch my falcon, I think the new one could prove more usefull, maybe somebody could try to use the very same bricks of the set and share it. Totally agree.
  15. LDD will do especially if you have some outstanding rendering program, and seeing at the source pic I can say is a very cool ship! good luck building it.
  16. Thanks TWP! I would like to hear your recommendations regarding to improvements. Thanks Sir Brickalot! it does look very TLG like since is relatively simple and not so detailed, I think it would make a neat little set.
  17. After disassembling most of my sets, the only vehicle that I kept built was the AT-ST from the battle of endor set, but I realized how flimsy it looked to me and even though I moded it I was not satisfied and since I totally dislike play features and useless mechanisms like that silly "walking" function I started to work with my new surplus of bricks and came up with this one, a combination of characteristics of other walkers like the previos versions of the AT-ST and the latest AT-RT, what I wanted was to make it sturdier and mostly brick built, so without further ado, here it is: P1010003 por Nom Carver, en Flickr P1010010 por Nom Carver, en Flickr P1010018 por Nom Carver, en Flickr P1010027 por Nom Carver, en Flickr more details on my flickr:
  18. Looks good so far! is it a star cruiser like vehicle? are you planning to do it in real bricks?
  19. Some of the last ones do are from there, I just found out yesterday that they do have a topic like this one but it seems to be from a few years in the past, but most of their comparisons are from their reviews.
  20. Try moding a falcon, that worked for me. P1010042 por Nom Carver, en Flickr
  21. Looking at others original creations always bring some good inspiration.
