  1. Great job you have done there. i know how long it take to sort like that and i still have more to do. my only worry is that when i have sorted it all and finally get around to moc'ing i will be tempted to chuck bits into a "to be sorted later" pile when taking things apart again....
  2. Had 3 bricklink orders turn up today. Decided to try it out as a more selective way of buying instead of buying bulk lots off ebay when i end up with loads of bricks i probabaly won't use and just a few that i was really after. Although i guess you can never have too many bricks can you
  3. stopped at Tru on the way home to get the New Lego Indy game for our xbox360 and spotted they had 7628 Peril in Peru, on the shelves so had to get one of them.
  4. i found the best way was to get my kids and the missus to do it for me I had a few huge boxes to sort and found the easiest way was to tip a small amount onto the floor and then just grab as many bricks of the same kind as i could find quickly and drop them into bags / bowls / containers etc till the pile was gone. tip out some more and start all over again. i sorted by type as i think it is easier to find one colour part amongst same parts than it is to find one part in a pile all the same colour. i just did a bit everyday sometimes alone sometimes everyone else in the house helped. if you just do say an hour of srting everyday thenit won't take too long. good luck....
  5. Ohhh Mannnnnnnnnnnnnn !! More money to find Both sets look cool. i think agents is turning out to be maybe lego's best line ever. I have to have these sets and we haven't even had the first wave over here yet - darn. Overtime On.......
  6. This is now showing as available to order on the tru (uk) website. AND if you are quick to order it is showing as part of the 3 for 2 promotion (which i think ends tomorrow).
  7. I wasn't really sure weather to post this here or in "what did you do today" or "where do your minifigs live" but settled on here in the end. I have just about finished my storage / building area. Up till now i have just sat on the floor and used my lego but now our baby girl is mobile i have to keep the bricks out of her way, so talked my other half into letting me build storage cupboards into one of the alcoves in our living room. So i thought i would post some pics for you. All i gotta do now is a few more rails for the minifigs and actually sort out the other boxes of lego up in the loft at the moment. Then i can get some proper labels printed for the storage drawers... All Closed Up. Normal Doors Open. Drawbridge Door Open. Ready To Build. Minifig Storage.
  8. Wow. Like others have said i was unsure about these when i first heard about them but then looked at the first leaked pics and thought they actually look pretty neat. now i have seen all the reviews i have to have all these sets. at first i was thinking they would be great as parts packs but the more reviews i see the less i want to use them as part packs and just keep them as built (or buy 2 so i can do both !!) Can't wait till they hit the shelves in the UK...... Thanks for the review

  25. I have vista home premium and am running LDD just fine on it. I did get a warning during installation that it was incompatable/wouldn't work (can't remember exact phrase). I just closed the warning box and let the install continue and all worked ok in the end.
