  1. The popcorn cart instructions are up on Lego's site. https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/buildinginstructions/search?initialsearch=30364#?text=30364
  2. I may be mistaken, but it appears the top row on the second floor of the detective agency uses 1x4 masonry bricks. Is that a new part?
  3. Just picked up a sealed case from my local Five Below store. They actually had another 8-10 sealed cases just sitting stacked up next to the register.
  4. Huzzah! Thanks again CopMike. Now lets see if I can finish up my vinter village entry in time and go for another win.
  5. We've all fallen asleep waiting for santa when we were kids, right? Well that inspired my entry: I used a lightbrick mounted to the back of the fireplace, and a 21 link chain to hang it from. It took me a while to figure out the chain placement to get it to hang level.
  6. Just got mine today, still the misprinted version.
  7. -What do you think of when you hear the words, Sudden Valley? -Salad dressing, I think. But for some reason, I don't want to eat it. Brilliant creation!
  8. I'm with pretty much everyone else on here in saying the hood and windshield modifications look awful, but it looks like we get a flux capacitor sticker/printed tile at least.

    Car Talk

Beautiful car, I'm lucky enough to be one of the few thousand Holden owners in the USA. It's a 2004 Pontiac GTO/ Holden Monaro, currently making 400hp at the wheels, best quarter mile was 11.9 seconds. And here's a quick video of it in action:
  10. I bought this set to help me keep my sanity during my Hurricane Sandy-induced 15 days without power. Despite it being a fun build, there were some serious color issues with it. Being an AFOL, I know to expect some slight color variations, but this was too much for me to accept in a $200 set. Many of the white pieces had varying degrees of yellow/tan tint to them, much like an old/UV exposed part. It is most noticable on the facade of the building, and even the larger white floor plates don't match. It's a shame to see such poor quality control, especially on such a large, expensive, and adult-oriented set. I'll try to upload some photos later tonight.
  11. Can't we all just be thankful that all the new great vehicles come with doors?
  12. It's the little things that excite me, which is why I'm thrilled about the new red trash can color, perfect for a biohazard bin. Also, does the pink plate/white tile combo with pink stickers seem a little half-assed to anyone else?
  13. Looks pretty good so far, especially the museum robbery. I'm still eagerly awaiting photos of the great vehicles (Especially the rollback tow truck) and the Palace Cinema.
  14. Grrr, they're sold out of Town Hall. Hopefully they get some stock in before the sale ends, $50 off is a hell of a deal.
  15. I've seen a bunch of ebay auctions that are similar, all originating from China. Many of them are friends figures, with either ninjago, or CMF misprinted headgear and hats. I assume someone who works at the factory is getting the misprints for cheap (or just taking them) and reselling them online. Here's one example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Used-2012-6-PCS-Lego-Friends-Mini-Olivia-Emma-stephanie-Girl-Mia-Marie-Toys-388-/221116796329?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item337b968da9
