WWOOWW!! Thanks for sharing! I love the little details of the interior! It looks just great! Nice idea of using two 'engine' pieces as the pillows and two 'side-mirror' pieces as the handles for the cupboards! Very neat and works just great! You've captured the usual 'counter-below-the-stairs' look very nicely and the tiles on the floor brightens up the room! The attic is very scary though.... Great MOC!
-
Very nice bro! Achieve the look of the actual thing very well and works effectively! Could maybe think of modifying it further to be lighted up with blinking lights maybe??
-
Thank you so much guys! Very glad you guys liked it! Yap, it was one of my most treasured sets, even up till now... Sorry got kinda tied up and still havent found the time to do up the Police Surveilance Truck as promised... But will work on it real soon ~ Thanks again guys!
-
Thank you so much! Wonderful design and looks really great and just like a real bike! A very very clever idea of using the telephone headsets (which unfortunately i have none...) and the pistons as the handles! Very ingenious! Ermm... Will the handle fire?? Btw, can i check whether can it fit a minifig riding it?

What a smart looking Red SUV!! Wonderful work there! Thanks for sharing!!
-
Thank you so much guys for all the commends! Really very happy to hear that! @ Whitefang: Sure bro! I can help you shall you need my help! All the best in your balloting! Yap, the pizzeria, burger joint and the old Octan Station are my favourite sets too! They are small but detailed and every bit essential for any town!

Wow! Simply amazing! I love that shop! Wonderful effort and thanks for sharing! Hoping to see a few views inside??

Hi all! Thought i would just share my small little insignificiant collection with you guys! Do feel free to pass any critisim or commends positive and negative! Thanks inadvance! These shots are taken from my handphone and the sets are inside their permanent storage cabinets: The display cabinet (full view) First two layers from top. First layer show-casing a scene from formula one racing together with the indy car transporter reviewed earlier on ~ 2nd Layer: A creator house with a portion of the lengary airport 10159 .. Third and Fourth layer. Third layer showing assortment of sets from construction to transport and the shuttle launching crew... Fourth layer: The town plan ~ Fifth and sixth layer. Fifth layer showing a busy harbour scene and the sixth layer showing the main street. (my personal favourite!) The last two layers. The 7th showing a very messy assortment of sets... (sorry running out of space) The final layer showing the other portion of the airport, combined with some air cargo port ~~ Finally a closer shot of the main street ~ Do feel free to commend!

Wow! I could almost apply for a citizenship in your city right now! There's so much to do in your beautiful city; Rent a bike to travel around, work in the freight centre, take a train, go swimming, rob the rich house with the ferrari, visit the 17th Century Ship... Great! Very very beautiful City and definately my role model of a town! Spotted alot of nice MOCs inside the town, esp the fire engine. Do u think u could share a closer picture to that? Thanks again for sharing your pride and joy with us! Your joy is definately felt and admired by many including myself!

Thanks for sharing all the wonderful pictures! I think i'll pass on the garage, as there are already quite a few garages in my town.. Too much competition and Octan will go on strike... However, the Truck featured in the Garage is a real monster! Would love to wait for the release of this set, and download the instructions from lego.com for the construction of the mini pickup which i love so much! Can build a whole fleet of them!! The City Corner is great, but also kinda pricy.. The bus does looks really good, however i believe these buses are still the greatest: These are carefully built by some AFOLs from HK and they look really good! Kudos to them! However i'm just dreaming... Anyway, i'll probably pick up the stand-alone tow truck, the sports car and the camper! Nice! Time to start changing my diet from meat and vegetables to grass from the yard...
-
Siango bro! Wonderful review there! Thank you so much for creating a wonderful review on the roller! Nice roller, but seems kinda costly and also rather huge to be displayed. Among this and the bulldozer, i'll still choose the later more ~ Thanks again bro!
-
Wow! I'm really honoured! Thank you very much! Really feel honoured and great scene of pride when i see my review posted up together with all the wonderful and magnificient reviews by all the great brothers out there! Thank you so much for all the commends! They really pep me up! Though i've been quite busy lately, but i'll be working on the classic Surveillance Squad and hope to complete it asap to share ~ Yap the tools are still around and they havent changed since... i believe the last time i saw them in a new set should be the town plan 10184. Seems like i have been banned from spending any more on Lego this year as i need to save and go for my wedding photo-shoot and honeymoon... Could start doing reviews as i can take the sets apart and build them again to statisfy my building crave !

Thank you so much bro WhiteFang! Sorry, i screwed up... Was working on a proposal at the same time... Got distracted. Thank you again!

Hi all againl! As promised, (sorry a little late, been busy) here is the review of another classic 6335 Indy Car Carrier! But frankly, i enjoyed doing the review for 6436 better.. but this set is not bad too! Hope you guys enjoy! 1. Lego Set Number / Name : 6335 Indy Car Carrier From 1996 ! A Little preview picture of the set, that actually tempted me to but it! It functions really well! Back Box Art Showing the MOCs possible with this set. Kinda miss this function that is always in the classic sets but gone were the days... 2. Where you got/bought it from Some major shopping centre in Singapore i think, Sorry cant remember... bought back in 1996 3. Offical Retail Price Sorry, back then in 1996. Think it was something like SGD$60++ Got a big scolding from MUM then... 4. No of Minifigs (if any), Three One dude with Octan Blue Torso and blue peak cap/ blue helmet with stars One dude with Octan Red Torso and red peak cap/ red helmet with stars One dude with Octan White Torso and white peak cap/ helmet with strips PLENTLY OF ACCESSORIES !! 5. Your "building" experience - which you can do a step by step to show it with photos First Up: King Cab Locomotive truck! The Chassis of the truck. Similar ?? Almost indentical building as 6348 and 6346 except the fuel tanks and the chrome pipes! DOORS!! Yeh !! Blue Dude: We get a door ! Yeh ! White Dude: Can i fix the tyre please? Can i? Can i? Red Dude: Not that Dumb Dumb.... Completed ! The similar king cab with chrome pipes! A little Comparison all together! Yes, 6335 is missing the grill and the classic 'cups' exhaust pipe. Rear Comparison! Yes, the chrome pipes and a special box to put the lights in! On to the Trailer next, the highlight of the set!! The moving mechanism and the functionability just works out really fine! The chassis of the trailer! Long and wide! The minifig tools included in this set (6 of them!) sure helps! The return of SAW... hahaha SAW 5 ! Drill his head!! HHEELLPPP!!! OKOK.. Sorry getting gross.. got carried away ~ The extra special and long grill pieces of the set! This acts as the ramp for the Indy cars (Built later) to get onto and off the trailer! It has a neat hiding place! This thing works great as a Gym Machine!! Blue Dude: 998, 999, 1000! 1001 ... *pant pant* White Dude: My turn! The really bad thing about this set... The OCTAN sticker goes over ALOT of bricks... The Door for the 'Box' ! Neat compartment to store the tools, trolley and jack! Hugh compartment space!! Fix the box up onto the trailer! The training on the 'Gym machine' helped out after all~ The second deck of the carrier ! Red Dude: Almost done now... White Dude: WWEEE!! The door is fun! Blue Dude: Quit clowning around.... Finished product! Great looking trailer with full functions and even included two fire extingushiers for that heated F1 Fomula race! Trailer and Truck! Looks Great! Huge compartment space! Next up, the Indy cars! There are three cars in this set, Yellow, Blue and Green. They are indentical in building except for the colors, so i'll feature one color (Yellow) here: The chassis of the cars. The former chassis for building cars are very very versatile and i love them alot! They can act as a base for nearly every car and van! Love those tyres! Look really like Indy car tyres! Some simple yet effective building goes into the indy cars.. Good thing is there are printed parts with numbers and different designs! GREAT!! (Sorry for the water. Just fished the pieces out after washing them in water) Completed Indy Car ! Red Dude: Bye !!! Others: Wait for us!!! Three Indy Cars with different colors! Loading in progress... See the magnificent use of the red grill pieces as ramps!! Completed set! Up and away to the race track! Rear view of the Carrier~ 6. Your overall rating based on fun, playable, value for $$$, part, minifigs, etc (on a scale of 0-10 where 10 is SUPER-DUPER-SET!) Pieces vs Cost: 8/10! Can't really remember the price i bought it at.. But for 385 pieces at about SGD$60++, should be great! Though one more minifig as the truck driver would be great!! The poor blue dude has to drive a long truck to the race track and race in his blue Indy Car, he probably won't win... Playability: 10/10 ! This set Functions great and plays great! I remembered i used to play with this set quite alot when i was younger! The up and down loading of the cars onto and off the truck is really cool and fun! Bring down the Indy Cars and create a race ! Pack up, load the indy cars and go to your next race! Design: 10/10! The Indy Cars look great with their different colors! The great basics of the trailer and the upward and downward motion truely imitates the actual car carriers! Huge compartment space to hold all the many wonderful accessories! Overall: 8/10 ! Great Set! Found not much to complain about, only the sticker that goes over ALOT of bricks and one more minifig will be great and this set will get that prefect 10! Nonetheless, it's a true classic and beautiful set! Conclusion: Buy this set if you come across it! It looks great, it plays great and it displays great!! 7. Your name as the reviewer. Sammy Oh Hope you guys like it ! All commends Welcomed! Commends, be it good or bad, keeps me going and improving! Thanks!

Beautiful! Nice wrecker truck! Looks like the Technic one made in 2007 with pnuematics function! Nice size and great details! Thanks for sharing!
-
WWOOWW!! First of all, thank you so much for sharing! It really looks very good! Immediately one thought comes to my mind the instant i set eyes on this: Can u sell this model to me?? It's great! The details are truely amazing! Would perfect it if u had decals and attached the CAT wordings to it, but i guess that's not possible due to license.. Truely amazing minifig size excavator! 11/10!!
-
Yes! Those classic planes! I love them too! Since i'm running out of space in my display cabinet, i decided to hang up some of the aircraft. I tried 7893 and it just couldnt work at all. U will need at least 6 anchor points!! (2 each at each wing, one at the tail and one at the nose). Lesser effort was required to hang up the 1808 (just three anchor points) and it lookes great inside the cabinet now! I was truely amazed with the size and detail of the 7893 (so were my nephews and nieces, unfortunately) and indeed it is one of the best made TLG planes! However, it became a real white elephant after a while and i had to take it apart quite often (my nephews and nieces help me on that, unfortunately) to wash it.. Simply couldnt find a space to display it...

Nice town! I used to love this train, but the high price one has to pay for it now is simply not for the weak of heart... Congrats on owning one of the most sought after sets of Lego~ Beautiful layout there! Esp. love the tunnel which the train passes through... Nice!
-
Wow! Thanks alot for the wonderful review Brickster!! I could seriously pick up some photo editing tricks from you.. Your pictures look so great! Makes me ashamed of myself... Anyway, nice set! Great details on the tractor! And gotta love that cow!! Await anxiously for the barn!!
-
Wow! Thanks for the great review! Though i'm not a castle fan, but this set looks very very good! Nice review for a wonderful set!
-

-
Sure Sir! I unfortunately dont have that set, but i do have the 6335 Indy Transport : Looks Good ? Thanks guys so much for all the commends! I Have another review on the 6335 Indy Transport, should i post it up also? Yap, i love the older trucks too... Very nice! They look nice when compared with the older 4studs cars, but when placed beside the newer sets, they are drawfed by them....

Hi All! Initially posted this review some time ago in another local forum but decided to also post here to share the experience. This is the first review i'm posting, so all commends good or bad is greatly appriciated!! My photo-taking skills are like and dont really know how to edit the backgrounds to the photos, so hope you guys can provide me with some criticism. Here goes: 6346 - Shuttle Launching Crew : made in 1992 ! With this addition, i have completed all the past trucks and trailers! Yeh! Onto the review, hope you guys enjoy!! 1. Lego Set Number / Name : 6346 Shuttle Launching Crew 2. Where you got/bought it from Ebay Auction 3. Offical Retail Price Sorry, back then in 1992 i think it's like SGD$70++ and one of my dream set when i was young! 4. No of Minifigs (if any), Five baby !! Two Bikers with jacket torso and blue helmet with visors Two red dudes with red peak caps as drivers One 'Astronaut' <- same torso as the biker guys, but red helmet with black visor.. Should really get the Mars Mission Impulse set for the real astronaut! 5. Your "building" experience - which you can do a step by step to show it with photos First Up: The set and instruction manual A Little Fun for the Coming Olympics !! Five baby! Five !! Astronaut really dont look good.... The Escorts bikes are up first.. As per any long axle and broad trailer, bikers are important Cool Bikes! Though i love the new bikes, the classic ones are really cool too, and here you get two of them!! Next up construction of the statelite: Simple build.. This is what keeps all our telco working ~ Next is the Safety Vehicle aka pick up escort: Love this classic chassis ! Really nice and easy to build with!! Real Classic building of cars and pick ups! Oh that wonderful lego door... please bring them back... please.. Completed ! Nice and Effective ! Works great as a pick up escort and looks great to drive around! We move on to the truck locomotive head : The chassis of the truck.. LLLOONNNNGGGG!! I'm the King of the World !!Not... Very classic building here, very very similar to 6335 Indy Car Carrier and 6348 Police Surveille truck.. Ever wondered how the 4 studs of the cabin becomes five to imitate a king cab? Here's how ~~ (See Minifig's Pointer) TaDa ! Looks like a real King Cab that all big trucks have !! Love that cage front! Makes the truck look fiercer !! Completed !! See the similarity to 6348 Police Surveille Truck? Wanted to take 6335 too but forgot i took it apart for washing... The Trailer for the Shuttle is next: Again.. LLLLOOONNNGGGG Trailer ! 16 studs long piece!! Always love the rear lights of trucks and that PRINTED smooth 2x1 piece with Red Strips!! This should be a exclusive piece! I've Never seen this before... Correct me if i'm wrong though.. (See Minifigs Pointer) And we are done with the trailer! Phew ~~ Big Set!! Truck and Trailer together! Even LLLLLLOOOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG! Finally the main character to this set: The Shuttle! My first Space Shuttle!! WOWOWO ~ Check out the wings on this baby! It's really special! It's slanted! You'll find out why later... The Bone of the Shuttle.. Looking good now ! A Clear look of that slanted wing! Cool right how the studs join together!! Way before the beautiful control console used in 7893 and all new airplanes, it looks like this ->>> A Flexible arm! Cool !! 'HELP! Attack of the Killer Anaconda!!!" Check out the way the arm can twist and turn to lanuch the statelite into space! COOL! Completed RockeT!! 3..2...1... LIFT OFF!!! WAIT! I'm still here!!! The completed Set all together!~ 6. Your overall rating based on fun, playable, value for $$$, part, minifigs, etc (on a scale of 0-10 where 10 is SUPER-DUPER-SET!) Pieces vs Cost: 10/10! I got mine at a good price on Ebay for 378 pieces! Used to drool over this set back in 1992 cause it has many vehicles and minifigs in one set! Playability: 10/10 ! This set is great! Five vehicles ! What more can one ask for!! U get two bikes which is cool, a safety pickup which looks great and can be driven around for dispatch, a Really Mean Looking Truck with A Real Heavy Duty Trailer and a Space Shuttle to launch into the air and swoosh around! Have Fun! Design: 10/10! The bikes look good, the safety pickup looks good, the truck looks mean, the trailer looks heavy enough and the shuttle has that flexible arm thing and statelite!! CCCCCOOOOOLLLLLL!!! Overall: 10/10 ! Great Set! No wonder i used to drool over this set when i'm young! But i remembered i bought 6348 Police Truck first, followed by the 6335 Indy Truck and by then this set has already dis-continued... Really happy to have found it back again! Conclusion: If u are a real town fan and u come across this set anywhere, buy it! It looks good when displayed and great playability!! 7. Your name as the reviewer. Sammy Oh Hope you guys like it ! All commends Welcomed! Commends, be it good or bad, keeps me going and improving! Thanks!
