You oughtta be ashamed of yourself!! () whatever, its your opinion, i respect that. Anyways, congrats to both of you on winning the best vig (? 8x8?). good work, it actually looks like SW. And about the crazy kid, that must have been hilarious to watch. A weird, loud kid goes up to a LEGO creation, yells out a rude comment and storms off, all while two adults are just chuckling and shaking their heads. And whoever didnt (or wants) to know, the kid didnt actually have a tail! "rattail" means he had a bit of long hair in the back of his neck, compared to the shorter hair on his head, the long bunch of haor looks like a rat tail, hence the name. Congrats again, Hinckley and Copmike.

actually, i think master cheif was talking about the game "The Clone Wars" released (as far as i know) for the GCN. I havent played it, but i saw it a good few times at gamestop, and it looks exactly like BF2.

The Star Wars Comic Game-Season One
JimBee replied to JimBee's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
thank you for joining, Death Star. However, i think you might want to pick a different torso. Your character looks very similar to mine, but a slightly different torso. Also, another player is using the Nazi torso, and some members dont have too many of these, so please pick a different one. ill add you to the player list. ...on a side note, i cant wait for someone to make their character have a batman torso (the new one, in harleys truck and batcycle), i think it would look great as a SW torso. -
wow, thanks a lot!! its very original, not a basic armor torso, and it looks more space-futuristic-themed. I love it! I'll let you know when ive finished the fig. oh, and for future reference, its actually a she . Dont worry, at first, i thought it was a guy, too. But just wait until you see whats under the armor .

Indy Decal: Sallah in White Jacket
JimBee replied to Shadows's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
they look great! and accurate, as far as i can tell. The black ones kind of remind me of the new rebel torso. -
nice fig! the head almost fits the character perfectly. I tried to make a terminator from T2: Judgement Day with that head with the red eye, but i dont have that hair that you used. Someday...

very cool, and pretty accurate. ive never seen the movie(s), but i was on the ride in DisneyWorld a few years ago. There was a life-size replica there, and i still remember it clearly, so this matches the real thing well. good job .

oh crap, i meant horse! it was a typo, i swear! no really, it was an accident. ill go change it.

uh, it is. they are the same tank. Welcome to Eurobricks.

Thanks very much, BatBrick . 50 Australian dollars? so about... 30 USD? Not bad... and the blue dimond is light! thats cool .

sorry, double post. I really have been trying to make a house out of LEGO, not focusing on walls or anything, but and interior. I have made numerous small houses on gree plates, by making a bathroom. bedroom, living room, etc., but they arent really "rooms" , just many furniture elements put together, like a sink, a bed etc. And i was never really satisfied with any of my houses. I soon found that the reason why i was not satisfied with the houses was because i had no material to base them off of, so i thought, "why not make my own house, into LEGO?!?". So thats exactly what im going to attempt, the first floor and basement (not the top floor... just my moms master bedroom and bath) of my Bungalo house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I will start this summer by creating as many furniture elements as i can, with a few bricklink orders. Then, after school starts and ive gotten most of the sets ive wanted for the year, (hopefully some for mt b-day in November and Chirstmas) i will start making BL orders for the correct color walls, carpets, etc., and all the rest that i need. This is definatley going to be the biggest LEGO project i have ever done so far, so i hope it will turn out. Thanks for listening, JimButcher

oh, i like where this is going! i would also suggest using an Indy whip for a tail, instead of chopping off the poor monkeys one . Although the whip is not my idea, (google) im using it for Diddy Kong. Even though the movies look stupid to me, the fig looks like it has a good start.

well, to make custom hair and headgear, i personnally use molding clay that never dries out. you can use it over and over again, and its also good for sticking paper decals on a fig . you can find it at hobby or craft shops. also, i hear sculpey is good, although ive never tried using it. Hope this was of some help!

woah, its huge! My favorite part of the whole thing is the beach villa. ecxellent work, and i hope you will find a place and build on to this!
-
ooh, shiny golden chairs! err, what are they for? and why oh why does the emporer have an Anime face!?! >.< oh, and KimT, whats l33t sp34k mean?

thank you for the review, Skipper. I never got this set because it was too expensive, and motorized. It completley reminded me of the old robotic toys called Zoids, or maybe even Gundum. At least the figs are great. A chrome lightsabe hilt for luke, ecxellent. and the pilot is cool too, and another snowie doesnt hurt. and i didnt even know about the commander guy (whatever you call him), so people could have made a custom DS this whole time?! thanks again!

great review, you (almost...) convinced me to get, but the price... how much is it? (please oh please make it cheap! ) It looks like a very good parts pack. Fout dimonds, one light blue (or is that just the flash on your camera? is it regular blue?), a very awesome Batman torso, nice guns, batarangs, dragon wings, and Harley. Not to mention this will (hopefully) be my first Batman set, although dont get me too into this with your free snacks and oh-so-funny reviews ! I cant get all of the themes! And all of those bricks stated above will all come in handy in MOCing: Harleys hat could easily be painted to make Aayla Secura (SW), Those dragon wings could be used for my MetaKnight, the guns for the comic game (SW), and the armor also for the comic game. I think the armor would be great in SW. ...anyways, thanks for the review, and could someone please tell me what the price is and if the blue jewel is light blue or not. Thanks!

even though i never liked UCS, i absolutley hate this one. Sure, its great on display, but the build looks extremley boring to me, just stacking plate after plate. And as you said, its going to break a little if you touch it. The only intersting part for me is the firing laser. Although i do have to say the proce isnt too bad, i still wouldt buy it. And no minifigs so thanks for the review, but ill pass on this one. The new minifig scale DS looks awesome though, and this might have hyped some up who are buying the new DS,

CONTEST: Design your own Indy Movie! DISCUSSION
JimBee replied to Siegfried's topic in LEGO Licensed
yes! thats it! The World is Not Enough was the movie i was thinking of, thank you. so yeah, Felicity in your story, svelte-corps, reminds me of that girl that was in TWINE. the one with 007, the one who deactivated the bomb (almost). -
that article was so touching... faded polaroids of memories are exactly how it is for me... ah memories...
-
welcome to EuroBricks, Yedi! I look foward to hearing from you in the Star Wars forum.
-
me too, i love using that on tablewater crackers.
-
thank you, IS, thats perfect, exactly what i meant. As for the clone, i was hoping for samus (Nintendo) armor. I just wanted clone armor that looked like Samus's. And if you dont know what im talking about, look up SSBB on google, and youll find it. Green ovals... forget it, unless you want a reference pic, whoever wants to make the decal. Just clone trooper armor that has red chestplates and the rest of the torso is yellow, please. Thanks!

its beautiful, great find! i also saw a huge castle and castle town on Mocpages not too long ago.
