I'd welcomely accept a light-up Batsignal with Gordon (what better set to include him in?) and maybe a villain HQ or hideout, but if they do another year they probably shouldn't do as big a set selection. Probably do something like with Vikings; full collection first year, a couple sets the next.

Actually, I didn't think the trailer showed enough to spur many set possibilities at all. The big one I'd love to see is the belltower (infamous scene where Spidey rips the symbiote off himself and Eddie Brock, in turn, gets it and becomes Venom). Other than that, not many interesting locations for LEGO. Maybe a longer trailer will change that.

Might you be able to tell us what element each title would cover (Vikings, Egypt, etc.) to help choose?

I find it odd that a copper robot is piloting the walker and a silver one is working the gun - unless (hopefully) the pilot is really gold (Meca 1).

Better to resolve your conflicts with your reason before your sword.

The two big mechs are both part of the Sentai HQ set due this summer. The three others are news to me, though. Nice find.

I'm not sure if it was mentioned, but has TLC confirmed a price for Arkham?

Looks like Mecha 1 is piloting the robots' biggest machine in the HQ set.

Actually in proportion to his body, it looks like Penguin does have stubbies. But then, it's hard to say from a CG mock-up. Croc looks pretty good to me, his head is pretty humanoid anyways, except I was hoping that they would go with the gray-skinned version of him. I always liked that one better.

Spirits don't look a thing like skeletons, I don't see what good they are for 'representing.' LEGO just threw in a bunch of skeleton parts 'cuz it's a graveyard, so of course there'll be dead people.

Uh, no he didn't. He tried to get us to doubt the idea and questioned it, but he never came outright and said the theory was wrong. It's always like that - he doesn't want to have the whole story spoiled two months into the year, but he doesn't want to say things that aren't true. He tries to keep us guessing.

Is anyone else gonna have nightmares after seeing the bug scene? Watching Andy Serkis's head get slurped up into a giant earthworm wasn't purty.

90's animated. It leaves open so many possibilities (10 villain figs). If it were Batman Begins, there'd be a much stricter limit to what we could get, especially villains (only Ra's and Scarecrow).

You say that like it's impossible to like System and Bionicle equally. I don't see how Bionicle <insert that tiresome argument> System; it's an entirely different line of sets.

There're two skellies under there, they just don't show up well. Got this set and I'm lovin' it, except it only came with one white battle droid arm. Do'h. Jay, how're you planning to modify Voldemort's torso? I'm trying to figure out a way myself, since these cloaks look like tattered ponchos.

The latest issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly dropped a pretty likely rumour that it'll happen. I dunno if they confirmed it, but it seems like a pretty sure thing.

Speaking as a System fan, I think they suck. Speaking as a Bionicle fan, I think they suck. I mean, the indentations are detailed at least, but the whole one-color non-jointed thing is just unbelievably disappointing. I certainly didn't want the Toa to be like the standard minifig, but I didn't want em to be this bad either.

Oh SNAP, is that another Into the Woods fan I see? I almost regret taking apart my Last Midnight vignette without taking pictures. Very nice MOC. The beanstalk looks great, and I LOVE the huge leg in proportion to a regular minifig's. Great job of getting it to stay up there, too.

Yes yes YES! JT is back! Can't wait to see where you're gonna take this one, Athos. I pledge myself to posting as frequently as possible on it, since I was lazy on the first three. (Been following these series since October. They're all magnificent.)
