  1. This is great news! I cannot wait to plunder the lego store to amass my new communist lego friends. Does anyone when the lego store usually re-stocks? Or is it location-dependant?
  2. I have to say, those look great! My collection could use about 300 of those handy storage containers!
  3. I'm all for the union! Not only are they more colorful, but I think we should stick to the classic theme's soldiers if wild west ever came back.
  4. You mean like the knights battle pack? I could see that that would be more convienant. Personally I like smaller sets with more figs. Like the indiana jones motorcycle chase. It may not be a battle pack, but you get a decnet amount of figs and great models, too!
  5. I am a wild west fan. The type of wild west fan I am is helpless admirer, which is a loser who has absolutely nothing wild west in his collection who wants them really badly! However, despite the obvious awesomeness of the old theme, I do not think kids today play "cowboys and indians" anymore, unfortunately. I would like a new wild west theme, but I worry if it would sell well. Leaving the negative feelings aside, I like the train station idea. Maybe a gold rush mine or a covered wagon train would be cool too. I think it would be very cool if you got a small village with gunmen on the roofs and have a huge shhot-out like in the movies!
  6. Right with you there, my friend. I like some of the sets, but there are some where I look at them and feel my lunch crawling up from my stomach, which is probably the one with the spider helicopter.
  7. My vote goes to one captain with three troopers with extras. I really like soldier diversity in a battle pack once in a while. Sometimes it gets annoying when you have four of the same guys. I like a little diversity.
  8. That was a good one. It took me a while to realize what had thrown them into the tree, but I had a good chuckle when my brain finally started working.
  9. This looks great! I think the white suits it nicely in my opinion and I like the rustic feel of it. This would be a great set.
  10. Happy birthday batbrick! You are a very fine contributer to this web site and I really love the post-apocolypse storyline you created. Now that said, I get dibs on the corners of the cake with the cones!
  11. I would like the traditional approach with more tan baseplates and maybe a train or two like the amazing stuff brickminer made. I love the wild west theme and I bet some modern re-vamping would produce very interesting results!
  12. Isn't this game supposed to unite lego builders across the world? One of the reasons I stand behind age seperation is the protection of young children. However, it is inevitable that there will be, dare I say it , "noobs", on this online game, but shouldn't the love for lego bricks redeem this slight annoyance? Lego is a truly amazing work of art that people of all ages can enjoy. I am not against speration, but I do represent tolerance and the love of lego bricks!
  13. I had thought of a simaler idea as well. I am glad to see someone thought of it before I did! Count me in!
  14. I can hardly wait for this one, too. A great set to get all the figs. I love the plane, but the cars seem a little, incomplete? Oh well, this set by in large is worth the wait!
  15. Welcome! Enjoy your stay and welcome to the family!
  16. No comprendo porque su gramaitica es muy mal! Estudia su gramatica todos los dias, por favor. Me gusta eurobricks, pero no le gusta la gramatica pesima! (just kidding, you speak better spanish than I do!)
  17. Wow! I had no idea these problems ever occured. Wish some clumsy worker would accidently sell me something... Incidentily, when is the "official", or should I say, "legal", release date?
  18. Very witty! I fell out of my chair!
  19. My ideas... 1) Rebel T4-B tank $49.99 includes two rebels and pilot 2) naboo palace rescue $99.99 includes large naboo palace, two guards, jar-jar, qui-gon, obi-won, 4 battle doids, one droidika that isn't freakishly large, anikan, padme, and whatever the lego group would like to add!
  20. I understand what you are saying. It is a little downer to see the set up close and than view it for yourself. Personally, I don't usually have this problem. Lego is lego all the same, and I am not afraid to say I love lego and it is my creative outlet! *sweet* Heck, I'm in my teenage years too and I still find myself making laser blasts while running around the house with a lego tie fighter. (imagine how foolish i must look!) Don't worry about expressing your love of the hobby or it being ruined for you.
  21. Cool! Very unique! Looks like something saber-scorpion would make, and that is a compliment! *y*
  22. Death Star sets? Plural? I thought we were getting just one! Flippin sweet! My only dissapointments are the lack of the baywatch line and the loss of Double T. Oh well. if you go, we will surely miss you.
  23. Thanks for the understanding guys! :-$ I feel really bad for letting you down, but I hope in the near future that I can do this! Uhh..flatfoot? I am apologizing, not accepting entries! :-D (major edit) In order to avoid double-posting, I will simply post here. I am sorry to say this comic project will unfortunately be cancelled. You have all been wonderful with all your enthusiasm and support, but I could not hold up my end. I am very sorry to all who was involved. please forgive me, because my hectic lifestyle gives me little wiggle-room to create a comic. However, I hope to be active on eurobricks and hopefully post creations, but i must cancel the project. I am very sorry to all of you great peple here and I hope i haven't lowered mysself in your eyes. My most sincere apologies, General Zen
  24. Every time I find a mega blok in my lego, I yell "mega blok" with intense rage and throw it against the wall with all my might, laughing maniacally. It really is quite relaxing. :-D Than I calm down a bit and throw in the trash where it will go to the dark depths from whence it came.
  25. Hey guys, while I was off the site for a good while I thought of a pretty good idea. I noticed that there are people on eurobricks that would love a pirates line or a romans line or maybe a non-jelly infested space line. What if they made one line that could link all of our wildest speculations together? This is just an idea and I thought we could all have some fun with this. My idea is this group of "time travelers" visit a desired time period and walk among the people who live there. They could visit Black Beard's ship and crew, relax with the roman emperor as he watches gladiators fight, or maybe visit the future in an epic war against an alien race! What are your thoughts? Is Zen insane? Does this sound awesome? Should Zen quit the crap ideas and get to work on his comic? Suggestions? I will be glad to hear them! *sweet*
