  1. I'll do that tomorrow morning with my son together. Thx for the info with the renders. Wow. With with soft is this made of? I think I found at least one mistake. The center diff is in the wrong direction. I have to turn it around. I hope we don't have to disassemble the whole thing. THANKS!!!
  2. thx for the info do you mean the gray part with the three light yellow gear wheels inside next to the battery box? If yes, it's nearly impossible to rotate it by hand. But it rotates if I use the steering wheel at the top of the cabin. Then both axles moves in the same direction. Also the front wheels moves from left to right.
  3. Hi folks, my son (9 years) has got the 8110 to christmas. He has nearly finished it but there's a strange beahviour when he tries to drive and I'm not sure if there is a problem or if the steering is really so strange. When he moves the unimog forward or backward he can only drive approximatly 20-30 cm and then it seems that there is a really heavy resistance and the whole powertrains seems to have a heavy torsion. Also the two yellow "gear wheels" (I don't know how to name these things, sorry) in the middle of the unimog and below the cabin (they are connected with the steeering wheel at the top a the cabin) are rotation while moving the unimog. When he rotates the front left wheel forward the back right one moves backwards. :-(( Is this normal?? I don't think so but I'm afraid he has made something wrong an must disassemble the whole thing. Any suggestions or help is really appreciated. Thx in advance. Regards Alexander PS: If it's the wrong topic or forum please tell me.
