This is a great contest indeed, will like to extend my thanks to Sinner, ImperialShadow and Hinckley for making this contest a success. You have done a great job! *Thumbs Up* CopMike, thanks for the lovely prizes donation ;-) After many days of considerations, i had finally decided whom i should cast my vote to! 1) City and Space KhoRne entry on the City Bum is great. Haha, i will love to have a bum in my little town. Yoda entry on the prisoner with the little toliet is so sweet and wonderful. Simple and great. After some careful thoughts, i decided to cast my vote for KhoRne for his unique and simple concept that a City will need *sweet* 2) History Adventure and Pirates Klaus Dieter entry on the market scene is lovely and nice. While SuperemeCommanderGrievous allowed me to have plenty Dwarves impulse set. After balancing pros and cons, i will think a peasant impulse is more great to add in to my medival city streets. My vote goes to Klaus Dieter *sweet* 3) Licensed Graynar Indiana Jones entry is a "Must" have impulse set for army building. I will need more of the German soliders. Closest to Graynar is again SuperemeCommanderGrievous, his entry on the speeder bike is super cool and real. It's too good to be true for TLC to produce such wonderful Star Wars Impulse set. After careful thoughts, my vote goes to Graynar because i am much of an Indiana Jones fan. If i have extra vote, will defintely vote for SuperemeCommanderGrievous :-$ As for all other entries, this contest is really the best for my first attempt in LEGO. 80 entries to choose from is indeed very tough. Trust me, it's not easy for me to cast these votes. Hehe :-D DJForce, thanks for casting your vote in the History category. It's really very nice of you. To others, whom have cast a vote for me. Big thanks and love from me to show your support! X-D Outstanding work, everyone, let's keep the spirt up! :-P

IMPORTANT: The Mailing List - Newsletters and Bulletins
WhiteFang replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
Voted for "monthly" newsletter in "html email format" :-$ Always love to read newsletter related to LEGO, really spice up the interest level. Therefore, i feel it's very encouraging to see this new feature! HTML email format will be ideal since all emails supported this feature without taking up much space and is able to put a punch into the audience! >:-) -
My fave is defintely "Spiderman" Hehe, i am a huge fan of Spiderman. But i missed the entire series of Spiderman LEGO :'-( I love the cartoon when i am still a child. Glad, that there is a Spiderman movie, 1 2 3. Hehe *sweet*

Great review! I personally do not like the stickers very much. It's great that you show us the cars without stickers. Hehe, it look nice! Was thinking why other characters do not have a visor in front of their helmet

I convinced myself not to get this set! Out of the 6 impulse sets that released earlier, this is the worst. I can't find any reasons for me to get it. But as for the rest of the impulse series, i have multiple sets *sweet*

WhiteFang replied to Doctor Sinister's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
OMG, this is crazy! This is so wonderful!!! Haha, really very nice and outstanding. I love the way u make the design within. Great job, :'-) i will love to do one of this to my castle too. hehe -
I voted for "Throw Away" It simply holds no meaning to me at all. A waste of space in my house premises. Therefore, i will throw it away. It simply cannot associate with my precious LEGO collection

I want to have more mini-figs, mainly for the female, is it only available in selected countries? Don't think i will be able to see it in Singapore :'-(

Today, i bought Harry Potter, Hogwarts Castle (5378) for 50% off from the retail price. To me, it's a great deal even though i am not a big Harry Potter fan, but the parts make good use for my kingdom. *sweet* I added some other items too. My 2nd Indiana Jones set, Race for the Stolen Treasure (7622). Can't wait to build it with my own hands. Bought 2 x Aqua Raiders, Deep Sea Treasure Hunter (7770), mainly for the fig and the treasure chest *sweet* I love my LEGO! :-$

The Lights really did a great job! It reminded me of the first Exo-Force series when the little small light transparent brick emit red light from the Stealth Hunter.

From my point of view, i feel that this collector is focusing on army building. There are different kinds of AFOL out there whom themes are in a wide spectrum. To me, it's pretty fine to me for a collector to have such big collections, especially a set of the same kind. Who doesn't? There are bound to have few LEGO sets whom we wished to have more copies of it. Needing it for mini-figures, accessories, spare parts, etc. One thing for sure, there are many other collectors too whom have collections such as his. It's just that they don't wish to make their collections known. Nevertheless, every collectors have their own purpose when they purchase LEGO. Therefore, i do not believe in jumping to conclusions to conclude this collector is a spolied kid. We may never knows, that this person might be saving hard on others such as food, transport or etc hoping to get his desired collections before the sets are no longer in production. Of course, we always must strike a balance of reality and hobbies *sweet*
