Will like to ask a question? Is there a limit for one member to submit non-playable characters? Such as one member is only to allow to post 5 characters in the EBRP characters thread. Because i am using my story characters to incorporate into this role play. I hope it's fine with you guys. *sweet*

EBRP General Information and Character thread.

Non-Playable Character (3) Name: Lady Kristine Valise Type: Human Alignment: Neutral Age: 22 Faction: Black Knights Kingdom Appointment: Secretary Advisor Weapon: Shine Sword (Known to have emit bright light, purpose unknown) Defence Equipment: Chain mail, Dragon Shield, Falcon Helmet and Black Robe. Steed: 'Lyn', her personal steed. Background: Born in the realms of Black Knights Kingdom in the noble Valise family. Lady Kristine, younger sister of Lord Kenneth. Following the footsteps of her brother, she is keen to fight in the war to protect her homeland especially the tragic "Border Wars". Unlike in other countries, Black Knights Kingdom practiced equality among both genders. Females are given a chance to strive in a pre-dominated male society. Kristine enrolled in School of Knights and graduated with Kenneth. They were one of the first batches of graduates to have completed the first 10 years training cycle. During the kingdom armies’ re-construction, Kristine was appointed as Vice Commander to assist his older brother. At times, Kristine helped his brother to untie the knots which is kept deep in his heart. Although Kristine is young, but she is able to make decisive moves in missions to minimize causalities. Just a simple suggestion of mine from my castle thoughts. As always, we views knights as valiant and brave, in general they are male in gender. What if we have a contest that incorporate female LEGO elements into it to view it as a warrior, knights, wizard or etc. In short, a contest that revolved female mini-figs in any medival class representative. *tongue*

Location: L13 "Finally, we are in a tavern. Hmm, One Leg Tavern, what a weird name" one of the archers said. "Percival, please make the arrangements with the innkeeper. We will be staying here for the night." said Kenneth. "Yes, my Lord" and Percival went to speak with the innkeeper. There were many commoners’ merry making, drinking beer and singing songs. Kenneth thought to himself, "I wish every country will have peace and our people will have a stable life". Suddenly, an old and worn woman bumped into him and fell onto the floor. Without hesitation, Kenneth went ahead and lifted her up. The old woman smiled and said "Young man, you are a kind person by nature. In your journey, there will be many treacherous people lurking around. Beware of them. Dangers are everywhere, young man. Take this. It may aid you in your future." Kenneth holds it in his hands and examined it. It was a jade pendant, showing a green shine. Jade is not common in these areas. It was originated in the far eastern lands. "My Lord, the accommodations are ready" said Percival. Kenneth turned his head and said "Tell the men to have an early rest." And he turned his head back, the old woman was gone. Kenneth asked Percival in a quick tone “Did you saw an old woman beside me?" Percival replied immediately "No, my Lord. There was none beside you at all." Kenneth was surprised by his reply and looked at his palm. The jade pendant is indeed under his possession. "My friend, it's nothing. Maybe, I am exhausted." said Kenneth. Percival smiled, "My Lord, food is served, let's have our meal while it's hot." Kenneth went forth with Percival and thought to himself "Was that an illusion just now? It seemed too real for one."

Hello Everyone!!! :-) This is my first time doing an offical review in any forums especially in LEGO. I will like to contribute my little bit of effort into this lovely and wonderful community that i had discovered which rekindle my strong passion for wonderful hobby. As i have noticed that all recent Castle series sets have been reviewed, guess i will need to review some old sets which is one of my favourite classic theme: Ninja Series. Hope everyone will enjoy reading a review of an antique set. I bought it recently in a consignment shop, paying quite a hefty price for it. Well, it's been out of production for 10 years, guess i have to bear its inflation. Without further ado, let me present you the box art of 6083 Samurial Stronghold Front Image Back Image It showed some box-wear. :-/ At least, i bought it in MISB! X-D First page of the Instruction Manual and some special pictures! Let me present you the mini-figures :-P 2 Samurials and a Black Ninja Unique parts/Weapons presentation I love the printed flags very much! It's really hard to find now. Furthermore, those koi fish really look very cool and oriental for any asian flavour ;-) Rest of the weapons I love the old brown spears instead of the new ones. Somehow, i feel that the new weapons cannot be match with the old ones. :-X Building process, Gate Front Back Ninja in action Both separate parts On the right side, there is a defensive mechansim. Falling bricks, haha, typical kind of sabotage ;-) On the top, pull out the red brick, a swinging axe will hit any intruder whom had intentions on the jewel. Final Image Playability: 8/10 (Defense Mechansim and interesting parts) Design: 8/10 (Simple and nice) Price: 7/10 (I paid a premium price for it :'-( ) Overall: 8/10 (A must have for all Ninja fans) Hope everyone enjoying reading my opening simple review! Any questions are welcomed. More pictures can be found in My Brickshelf (When moderated) I will try my best to improve in my presentation if it does not meet EB review standards! *sweet* Thanks for your time taken to read this simple topic! P.S: Background used are MISB sets of 5378 Hogwarts Castle and 7997 Train Station (Just bought this train station) ;-) Hope you guys don't find the images messy. :-D

This is a very wondeful contest. But i don't have much custom parts with me. Guess i have to try to make do with my existing LEGO parts. I will try to come up one similar elves concept, but i scared it will end up like Forestmen. I will do my best for this contest. Castle month is great! ;-)

Managed to get this set at a steep price because i am not staying in US and i don't have access to Brickmaster. But i must admit that this set is a great complement to my Airport Fire Truck. It does need a jeep to run around in the runway! *sweet*

Location: L12 Lord Kenneth is riding his steed into the forest of Black Knights Kingdom. Thinking back on the King's order, his mission was to investigate the southern part of the kingdom. Citizens have been complaining that this area is no longer safe. Therefore, Lord Kenneth brings his fellow archers and his tactical advisor, Sir Percival Ranting. Kenneth wants to explore the troubled area before making a decisive decision on the situation. As the group walks deeper into the forest, it starts to get darker. Suddenly, a gruesome lone wolf pounced onto them. Kenneth said to his men" Men, defensive position now!" All of his archers fall back and take cover. Kenneth and Percival went into offense position. The archers are supporting the commanders as backup. The lone wolf's look so hungry and fierce. Without hesitation, he jumped and attacks Percival. Percival defended himself with his shield. The archers fired their shots. Kenneth swings his sword and pushed the wolf back. The wolf was overwhelmed by the group's power and the wolf quickly retreated into the forest. Kenneth looks to Percival and said "Are you alright, my friend?" Percival smiled and said" I am fine. Everyone let's gear up and move on. We should be reaching at the nearest tavern ahead". Lord Kenneth and his group moving downwards, hope to get some rest soon.
-
Yes, you are right! It's very expensive, it took me a very long time for me to make that decision! It cost about SGD $89.90 :'-( But for a MISB ninja set which is produced in 1998 and is out of production, i can't complain much. Been looking out for MISB ninja sets but the prices are too steep :'-(

Mocpages user steals creations!
WhiteFang replied to Stealth Hunter's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I been looking at this topic from the start. IMO, stealing and ripping away other's people hardwork is WRONG! Users which spend their precious time to devote and deliver great creations from their own inspiration and sharing wtih fellow LEGO lovers. It is able to give us great insights to new ideas and widen our building experience horizons. But, there are some childish kids or people whom want to gain attention and publicity through other users' hardwork >:-( is way too wrong and too much. These unconsiderate and unethical users only copy the orignal creator images and copy and paste and upload to their own folder. What can be worse? Claiming the work or creation to be rightfully yours instead of the orignal creator! This is too much. At least with the basic courtesy, ask permission from the orignal creator and share the credit with the person instead of "Saying this is my newest creation" which clearly the work of someone else. As quoted by the rest, if there are so many rippers around, users will feel detest into sharing their work especially when they knows that their creation will be taken away. This is not the "right" attitude! |-/ I am sure all of us in EB and other communities are mature enough and is able to handle this well. We are mature fans whom know how to differniate right or wrong! Say No to "Piracy" ;-)
