  1. The whole purpose of having the "windows" period is meant to facilitate our members to have enough time to search for the given clues and allowing members later who just see this hunt to join in later stages, without being overwhelmed. The clues and images will not be removed. It will be revealing slowly based on the given time which I have stated.
  2. Shhhh... You should not tell the rest about this. It's supposed to be a "secret". That's very fast for a draft. Please change it to "EB Raffle and Mystery Treasure Hunt" instead. I will update the first post.
  3. Ah, that is an excellent point. I have added this in the first post. Please this PM title instead, "Eurobricks Raffle and Mystery Hunt".
  4. The first Eurobricks Raffle and Mystery Treasure Hunt can be found here. More new exciting things are still coming... Good guess. You are almost right on this.
  5. Topics are based on the "clues given" and it's not based on the recency of topics, so practically if you have been in Eurobricks on a daily basis reading here and there, you will be able to find most of it with ease. However, some of the clues can be quite challenging and that's the whole purpose of "Mystery Hunt".
  6. Outstanding piece of new product which will definitely excite the medieval fantasy fans.
  7. Access granted to the both of you. Welcome to Reviewers Academy.
  8. Yes. Send the PM to my inbox once I have revealved all of the windows. Make sure you place them in the right order. I will verify them one by one.

  10. Eurobricks Raffle and Mystery Treasure Hunt *Click the image above to find out who are the 16 lucky winners* The Raffle and Mystery Treasure Hunt: Hey everyone, I am back to bring you more new and exciting challenges for our Eurobricks Community to celebrate the continuation of the incredible LEGO Collectible Minifigures, Series 2! What do you need to find? As the title implies, this contest is a combination of a "Raffle", a "Mystery" and a "Hunt". This means that in order to participate in this free raffle giveaway, you are required to participate in a hunt which revolves around finding some mysterious minifigures. We are not asking our members to solve cryptic puzzles or decipher codes; this merely requires a keen sense of instinct and accuracy to locate the complete 16 images of the Minifigs from Series 2 hidden around the Eurobricks Forum. Simply find the image and link to the post the image is in. Post links can be found in the top right hand corner of every post, eg #6. Once you have all 16, send them to DarkFang in the format laid out below. Clues and Picture Openings The schedule below will be updated as each random minifigure is revealed with its corresponding clue. Please follow it carefully and try to locate the images as they are revealed. Each image can be found in a post by any member somewhere in the forums; it could literally be anywhere, in any random topic! Sounds hard, right? But, I am sure you will figure it out soon enough, and you'll have some clues to help. I will set aside a reasonable amount of time for each window to give our members enough time to search for the given images in the forum. So, please watch out for any updates in the first post. All of the images were put in place before we launched the contest. None will be found in this topic. Please note though that we might change some of the clues for one reason or another, so don't discount new topics, but you can discount every topic that is specifically about this Raffle. Please enter only once, with all of the minifigures listed in order. Please note that the title of the PM has to be state in this manner, "EB Raffle and Mystery Treasure Hunt", to make sure I don't mix up with other PMs. The Rules Read all of the above sections again to make sure you understand the game concept. You need to have at least 10 posts in order to activate your Private Message (PM) feature. If I find out that the recent 10 posts is not up to ideal posting standards based on our Eurobricks Guidelines, I will not hesitate to take actions against your account. Sending multiple PMs to my inbox will result in immediate disqualification. All inquires and doubts are to be addressed in this topic. Do not send PMs to my inbox for answers. Your submitted raffle entry will be eligible once you have obtained all 16 images with links to the posts they are found in. Post links can be found in the top right hand corner of each post, eg #6. My inbox will likely be flooded during this period. To curb this, I will acknowledge the PM by replying to it, and then "deleting" it. I will place the members' user id that got the links correct into the magic cauldron for us to draw from. It's a completely random process. Do not attempt to drop the answers/links in any of the Eurobricks topics, public forums, etc. I will not hesitate to terminate your account if I find anyone breaking this. I have zero tolerance for cheating, so do not test me. However, very subtle hints may be allowed if I don't find it "obvious" enough. No bumping or revive the clue topics on purpose unless you have something important to tell. Staff decisions are final. Any violation of the rules will be subject to disqualification. The Prizes! After the hunt is closed, the Eurobricks Staff will draw random lots from the pool of submitted eligible entries and will pull out a total of 16 lucky winners. What prizes do they stand to win, you ask? Courtesy of the Eurobricks Staff, we are giving away 1 random LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 2 figure each from 1 complete set. No, you can't choose what you want to have. It is "random". The winners are to pm their address to me, so I can ship the prize to you. It's that simple! Exceptions made [Raffles Submission] To give more people a chance, while not making the people who found them all feel unrewarded, we have decided to allow Eurobricks members who are missing one (and only one) answer, or to put it another way, 15 out of 16 found images/windows also enter but at a lower chance of selection. You will need to specify which is the window that cannot be found. Depending on the amount of responses we receive we might allow people with two missing to enter as well, but for now it's just those that are "so near, yet so far"... Final exceptions made [Raffles Submission] To give more people a chance to participate, while not making the people who found them all feel unrewarded, we have decided for the very last time to allow Eurobricks members who are missing one or two answers to enter but at a lower chance of selection. Congratulations Pedro! Now, you are going to be a father! Just remember to drop by Eurobricks once in awhile to watch out for contests, reviews, mocs, etc. You can even ask some of the AFOL "Daddys" here for advice too.
  13. Access granted. Welcome to Reviewers Academy.
  14. Outstanding review, Rufus. This is one of my favourite set in the summer Star Wars collection, mainly because I now have a chance to grab another snowspeeder with a wampa in it. That's the whole point of getting this set. Sometimes, I wonder if the Hoth Rebel Base, Echo Base and this are meant to integrate together as a playset. I am sure it will be fun to put them all together. Other than the high price factor, you should definitely get this in your collection.
  15. Most of the time, these sort of questions will be answered inside the academy but I will address them here. The Teachers and I have reached an agreement only to allow students to review the Minifigs Series 1 and 2 with the minimum of 8 unique minifigs in the review in your level 1 or 2 review with only one attempt. For your info, to be able to graduate and attain the bronze badge, will requires you to pass your level 3 review and is commonly known as your 3rd review. We only allow one exception made for any customisers products like the ones mentioned above, on a case by case basis depending on the scope and content covered. Reviewers Academy mainly focus on LEGO Building sets and we train our students to be able to master this trait. Let me know if you are still interested to sign up.
  16. Err, Prateek got no power to add a poll. I am the one whom adds it in.
  17. Sandy, thanks for being such an outstanding mafia game host. You have been a great host and dedicate your time and effort into delivering this best mafia game experience ever. All of your presentation right from the Day Openings and down to the back-end coordination work to ensure that the schedule is being met. Although this mafia game experience is a complete new platform, but it offers lot of fun and dynamic unexpected twists in this game like Tea Ching turning into a ghost, having different levels of spells and items, and the complex coordination of night actions. Next, I will like to thanks my Death Hallowed team, Shadows, Dragonator, Big Cam, Inconspicuous and Matn for being such great team players to cause a deadly confusion among the innocents for the first few days. Of course, things went to our disfavour, when our new impartial player, Lord Arjay kicked a hat trick by leading 3 success conviction of our comrades. You are really good in this and for the fact that you are an impartial, you could actually join us together to rid the rest. Next, I must admit that I supposed my cover is almost going to be revealed by today if we fail to finish at least one of you, it's all over for me and being the Master, my team have done their best to protect me and I am so glad our dear Shadows is the only person remains undetected. Apologises to Eskallon, as you are the only person whom I reveal my fiction role as a healer and explaining further to Lord Arjay. I had no choice but to come out with this to keep myself alive at this critical stage. To share with all of you on my character, apart from using my speciality "Avada Kedavra", I have acquired many skills and items. I should have acquired the time turner at the midst of the game, but I am glad I still have it in my possession eventually. This is what I have mastered and acquired in the very end, This is my character biography, These are the stuff that I have done for the past few nights, Night 1 - Killed Brandon Townsend/Oky Wan Kenobi (Acquire item, Poison) Night 2 - Killed Francis Rowan/ADHO15 (Acquire item, Spellbook) Night 3 - Tried to kill Stephanie Kingston/Zepher but there is no effect Night 4 - Killed Tea Ching/iamded and she transformed into an almighty ghost. Night 5 - Killed Harriet Pewter/YG-49 Night 6 - Tried to kill Jolie Jadis/Lord Arjay but she was protected by magic. Night 7 - Killed Rhubarb Uxley/Escape The Fate (Acquire items, Timeturner and Polyjuice) Night 8 - Killed both Prion/Forresto and Neville Longbottom/professor flitwick (Acquire items, Bezoar and 2 x Mandrake) Night 9 - Tried to kill Xander Lovegood/Callmepie and Rocky Broomwell/hewkii9 I will share more thoughts later. Now, don't come and metagame me in the next mafia game. Whatever strategy played here, will remains here. Don't want you guys to bring it over to the next game.
  18. This is a nice Classic Town review and one of the main attractions is the amount of wave riders made available in this small set. It's definitely ideal to integrate this set into your beach setup.
  19. Thanks Svelte. I was looking forward to see this review. This architecture is very complex and tedious in terms of its building process like the mid-structure which you mentioned. It involves a lot of patience to pull this right but in the end, it will leave lots of satisifaction behind. This is the next and only Architecture set which I am looking forward to.
  20. Oh my god! You are absolutely right. It didn't occur to me that I have placed the torso wrongly. Thanks prateek for pointing out this silly mistake of mine.
  21. I am so happy and excited that you have gotten this set. Never expected that you are able to pick this advent calendar earlier than any of us here. These advent calendar is very attractive in its own rights, especially having to see the Red Queen and a couple of MMV civilians. The only thing which I wished for is to see more of the Green Dragon solders, but I supposed this new faction is a little bit hard to get than the red ones. However, the assortment of accessories are useful with the new addition of pig, apples, owl, weapons, etc, made it worthwhile to get.
  22. Thanks guys. I will love to pick a few more of these, mainly for the ostriches. Svelte???
  23. Thanks to Jan and Svelte for sharing their latest Architecture review with us. 21003 Seattle Space Needle 21005 Fallingwater

The Reviewers Academy started out two years ago with a handful of awesome reviewers dedicated to teaching anyone interested in the community how to produce those in-depth, clean reviews that we all enjoy. Like any school, the faculty has changed a bit since then, with plenty of new students reaching the teacher level by completing nine stellar reviews, and some of the original teachers becoming less active. In any case, our teachers are continually guiding students to make their reviews excel, which in turn benefits the LEGO community as a whole by providing detailed insight into hundreds of sets, new and old alike. With the help of the Reviewers Academy, Eurobricks has truly become the number one spot for detailed set reviews on the internet. Some of our reviews of new sets like Battle of Alamut have even caught the eye of TLG itself! None of this could be possible without the dedication of our teachers, most of whom today were students themselves. But this group didn't stop reviewing when they received their gold badges; no, our teachers continue to churn out many reviews of the very finest quality. Below you will find links to new reviews by our teachers, most of them just posted today. So, on behalf of the Reviewers Academy, we would like to show appreciation to Eurobricks and the entire LEGO community, and encourage everyone to keep on reviewing and look into the Academy. Click here to join and share your thoughts here. Thanks for a second great year! Sincerely, The Reviewers Academy Teachers.
