    Yeah, if you went to Target, they had tons of him on a small rack which represented a pre-order pickup for the game.. I think they were $1 each. I only picked up one never got the game.

    Cause it's what sells. The reason they keep making police and fire stuff is because kids like that. If they don't make them, sales plummet. Pretty sure there was a documentary on this specific question
