  1. If it is like the previous three sets then it will not be from a manufacturer that had been used already so no Ferrari,VW or Rover/BMW. Personally I would like to see a 1970s Citroen DS, but looking at where Lego is popular (USA) and that Ford have a Speed Champions set I wouldn't be surprised if the next set was a classic Mustang.
  2. As the real Porsche 911 is rear-engined and not mid-engined the flat 6 should be behind the rear axle. This means there is room between the seats and the rear axle for the Power Function elements and then a working Technic engine between that and the rear bumper (sorry fender for those across the pond)
  3. Has anyone built the Brick Bank so that the laundromat is on the other side of the building. Basically has anyone built a mirror image version of the Brick Bank. I think it might look better with the laundromat next to the pet shop and Parisian Restaurant.
  4. I checked my order online just now and it says £119.99 which is the correct price. But I haven't had a confirmation email yet. Has anyone else had an email from Lego saying the order has been processed?
  5. It is now available to order on the UK Lego website.
  6. I much prefer white to tan. It reminds me of Portland Stone which has been used for centuries in the UK for buildings.
  7. I am really looking forward to adding the F40 to my collection. As for the next 'iconic-car' I would like to see a 1960s Citroen DS, but I have a feeling that as they have already made three European cars the next one will be American. So most probably a Mustang or a Corvette.
  8. Help! I want the advice of the combined wisdom of the Eurobricks members. Last year I got the Parisian Restaurant for my birthday and I am going to buy a new modular set to go with it. Does the Pet Shop or the Detective Agency sit next to the Parisian Restaurant better? I like the external look of the Pet Shop but the interior seems rather empty compared to the Parisian Restaurant. The interior of the Detective Agency looks great, especially the ground floor, but will it look out of place next to the Restaurant set? Decisions, decisions!
  9. How did you get them all? Have you got lots of duplicates or a very good feel of the bags?
  10. So far I have bought 6 and opened each packet to receive 6 different minifigures! I don't want to buy any more in case I get duplicates, but would love the other three!
  11. My local Tesco in Poole is now selling them! Had loads at lunchtime today. Don't know how long they will last. So check your local large Tesco!
  12. As the title says does anyone roughly know how long the Unimog set will be available for. I reckon I can get it around the beginning of May as I am saving up for it. So will it still be around then?
  13. Mine arrived yesterday! It was an amazing and interesting build. Looks much better in the brick than in the photos. Buy this set, you will be blown away by the detail.
  14. Just ordered it on the UK S@H site. Can't wait for it to arrive!
  15. They are at Legoland Windsor!
  16. The Lamborghini Gallardo is now available on UK S@H But £48.95!
  17. The VW Beetle is available on UK S@H for £79.99 http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?...n=245&d=100 Build the classic Volkswagen Beetle! LEGO® fans around the world named the famed Volkswagen Beetle as the classic car that they most wanted as a LEGO model…and now it’s finally here! Based on the iconic 1960 “Charlotte” model, the LEGO Volkswagen Beetle features realistic details and functions like opening doors, hood and trunk, a spare tire in the front and engine in the back, an accurate interior, and more. *Includes display plate with detailed specifications of the original Volkswagen model! *Measures 16" (41cm) long and and 6½" (16cm) high! *Realistic details include a movable stick shift, opening glove compartment and seats that fold forward! *Features an engine in the back trunk and spare tire under the hood! *Beetle details also includes a Volkswagen logo decal, windshield wipers and rearview mirror! *Tires measure 2½" (6cm) wide! But a stick shift, trunk, hood, tires and windshield wipers in the UK? Very strange foreign phrases!
  18. Looking at the link to the AutoBild article it seems that the set is going to cost 120 Euros which is
  19. Everyone can have their opinions. There are Lego themes that i don't like, for example Bionicle. So i will not try and convert people. Now it's time for my silly newbie question. Shouldn't any Ferrari posts be in the Theatre topic as it is a license??
  20. Is it just me or do the motorbikes seem too new for Indiana Jones. They look like modern motocross bikes, not something from the 1930's.
  21. Thank you for all your welcomes. The main reason I like Ferrari Lego is it is a car theme. If any other manufacturer was made in Lego I would buy that. Personally I would love one of the London black cabs from Legoland Windsor.
  22. Hi. I've been coming to this forum for a while and have decided to join. I have loved Lego all my life and am now into original trilogy Star Wars and Ferrari. I'm particularly looking forward to the Volkswagen license that is coming out
