  1. Too slow .
  2. Did you guys really expect anything other than fire sets this year? There are two obvious reasons for it: 1) What sells well is what TLC will make. Emergency sets sell well, plain and simple. Kids like to imagine the wailing sirens on the trucks, and all the action that can happen inside the station is fun as well. Two of the main selling points are in this theme; Action and trucks. 2) For the above reason, Lego makes a new line of fire sets every three years, as well as police sets the year after. Have you not noticed the trend? As long as emergency sets sell well, Lego will keep producing them every three years. Three years is the right amount of time for Lego to make other products, as well as having every child have the opportunity to buy such sets. Just my 2cents.
  3. I think we'd work great together! I'll PM you some of my ideas now.
  4. I pretty much agree with you on all accounts. Think about it; it's like how people smile - everyone does it, regardless of ones individual features. I think that as long the designs are for the most part different, I'll be OK.
  5. A quick search yields many results, including this .
  6. I've been following it on your flickr stream, and I must say it is excellent. I hope you continue it!
  7. I am not the hatchet killer. Plain and simple. I do know, however, that Sal is Scum, though I believe Shawn is a bigger threat. Therefore, I suggest we take out Shawn today, and then Sal tomorrow. Please, we need to get rid of Shawn as soon as possible, so let's vote Shawn today. If I am incorrect, then feel free to lynch me tomorrow.
  8. Would you be able to put me in a slot for a Mafia-esque game? I have yet to come up with a name, but here is the general idea: Somehow (Either a vacation, plane crash, etc.), all characters end up on a tropical island. All participants must work together to survive, while a/some killer/s in the group actively try to kill the rest of the group at night. There are a few other plot twists and ideas to it as well, that I'm still working out. I'd also love if someone wanted to co-host with me .
  9. Umm... No I'm not, wherever did you get such an idea? That's a fair point, one which I have considered, but I ultimately do not think it's true.
  10. As well, in stories I've heard about past cities in this type of problem, the Mafia Godfather is immune to being killed at night - which we can see is true based on last night and the night before's events. Therefore, I must Vote: ImperialShadows/Shawn Imperianto
  11. I could probably build a ruined wall section being rebuilt, maybe section 28?
  12. I'm not sure how big it's going to be, but you could try one of this or two of these along with one of these. As for the basement, why not add a simple water heater, and maybe a washing machine and dryer?
  13. Oh, wow. I wonder why the vigilante didn't kill last night though, hmmm....
  14. I believe that's there as a deterrent to us younger ones, but once we are here, they won't necessarily ban us because of it. I could be wrong, though.
  15. Me? No! Hinckley thought I was 18, so that's what I'm going by .
  16. Congratulations Adam, very well deserved! I'm sure you'll do a great job in your new position, and I can't wait to see all the benefits of your work.
  17. It's right here, and only took me about 30 seconds to find......
  18. Thanks. I was actually at camp in the lake Rosseau area, and now I'm at my cottage, which is about 30 minutes north of Huntsville. I'm off to go collect a fallen tree for firewood, now.
  19. Yet there was blood. I'm thinking more stabbed.
  20. That is why it'd be on the plus side . At Wal-Mart in Huntsville, they have Venice Canal Chase, the Rock King, Anakin's Y-Wing, the Star Wars set with the weird aliens and the Midi scale Falcon. Unfortunately, the Zellers in Huntsville has next to no Lego whatsoever .
  21. Woah! This is absolutely wonderful! I just have a few questions. 1) Can we submit an entry, and change it per C&C as given until the end date? 2) Could I use the same entry in category two as part of my category one entry? Thanks very much for this contest, and the prizes are great too .
  22. Escape? Escape!?! Are you kidding me? I did nothing to escape. No. If I wanted to "escape" I'd have packed up mine and Henry's bags and we'd be outta here. But I do not want to escape. I want to see the resolution of this problem. I want to see our town which was once so beautiful and caring restored back to what it was - maybe even something bigger, something better. I would never want to escape from this town regardless of what kind of mess we've gotten ourselves into. I was born here. I grew up here. I live here. And I'm going to die here. Whether tonight, or in many a fortnight, this is where I will be laid to rest. This is why I try so hard to get our town back on track. And if you can't understand that, then I don't even want to know what you do for the scum. I did not escape. I went away for a day to clear my mind, to look at our problems from a new angle, a new light, to try and figure out how to deal with our situation. I may not have come back with all of that, but I came back with a nice tan a brand new determination, and a plan for my - no, our - future........
  23. It was great, Honey ! I'm sorry I wasn't able to say goodbye, I had little notice, and wasn't able to let you know. I missed you too, Henry, and I hope I never have to be gone from you for so long again. I'll tell you more about the trip once this whole fiasco is dealt with - I can't handle so much at once .
