  1. Jeff Dunham is amazing.
  2. It was taken down the Sunday evening of the Grand Opening.
  3. Here's what I got in my PaB cup yesterday, along with a price comparison. PaB/Bricklink/S@H Comparison by Ricecracker., on Flickr
  4. No problem. If there's a specific set you're looking for, PM me, and I'll check. I agree that it seems a little premature, but the store was packed yesterday, though the rest of the mall wasn't. Anyway, here's a quick Excel sheet I made from my PaB cup yesterday, and you can see some of what they have available. PaB/Bricklink/S@H Comparison by Ricecracker., on Flickr
  5. Just got back from the LEGO store myself. It's awesome watching Dads rekindle their interest in LEGO in front of their families. I don't remember the exact sets, but there were a number of large Technic sets, Power Miners and Creator. There were more, but I don't want to tell you something they don't have...
  6. Oink Oink at Avenue and Eglinton in Toronto is having a 20% off everything in the store sale on June 3rd and 4th, and select sets are at 25% off right now.
  7. I just thought I'd duck my head in here quickly. I don't build any Technic or Model Team MOCs, but I do appreciate them, and the other aspects these themes bring to the hobby as a whole. I think this forum is great as it is now. Splitting it into sub-forums would just make it more difficult to navigate. Offroad Power, for one, has working steering. Additionally, I've included steering in my SYSTEM trucks, but they obviously don't belong here. Just being the devil's advocate.
  8. They went for $188 on Bricklink.
  9. Same here. I thought Def already had one, to be honest. Congratulations to both of you!
  10. I'm pretty sure they're $10 and $20. Remember, guys, the mall only opens at 9:30...
  11. The PaB is nothing special yet, mostly basic brick and plate, and flower stems. I've heard that they're going to set up a way to be kept informed when new stock is added to the wall.
  12. That hoist looks really nice, LT! This is really one of your best MOCs so far, so nicely done. Might I suggest using these for the windshield on the truck, though?
  13. I honestly have no idea.
  14. Five vote penalty for not contacting the host?
  15. Nice looking truck. Good to see stuff from way up here represented in the LEGO community. Actually, Canada Post has recently started using the Ford Transit Connect, which this MOC looks pretty similar to.
  16. I don't remember whether they had it or not, but they do have the new Kingdoms sets.
  17. It's a ratio, not the dimensions.
  18. For those of you who have been to Chicago, the store is about the same size as the Northbrooke store. It's at the south-east end of the mall. They've got a nice selection of new sets. I still haven't heard a definite soft opening date, but it'll be the 10th at the earliest. For those going to the Grand Opening, I'll be volunteering Saturday, so come say hi.
  19. You actually don't need to post it into the image inserter, since it's already in BBCode.
  20. I'll put up a picture tutorial later today, but for now: 1. On your flickr home page, click "flickr.com" at the bottom, to get to the full site. 2. Locate your photo. 3. In the upper left corner, right above your photo, you'll see a drop down menu with email, Facebook and Twitter symbols. Click the arrow to get the drop down menu. 4. Go to where it says "Grab the HTML/BBCode" and make sure it's set to BBCode, and a size format suitable for Eurobricks. 5. Press on the code until the magnifying glass shows up, let go and click "Select All", then select "Copy". 6. Paste that here directly, not into the image inserter. That will not work, as it's just a link to the page, not to the photo itself.
  21. Those are called Tags. You can read all about Ranks and Tags here.
  22. TRU at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto has all the POTC sets except the Captain's Cabin. I've been getting a number of different dates for the soft opening of the store; I think the best thing would be to wait until the Grand Opening.
  23. Soft opening is on the 10th, grand opening begins on the 13th.
  24. I trust that the information I was given is accurate, but I've heard this second-hand so I'm not 100% sure.
