  1. It's bearable.

  2. I wish there was a "like" function. :)

  3. I saw this on Gizmodo earlier today. I wonder if Hinck was in on it?
  4. That looks to me to be this piece.
  5. I was thinking about the time it fell.
  6. Too bad there's no video of it hitting the container that the crane was holding.
  7. As I said in the Images thread, I had a great time with new and old friends alike! That was fun! Maybe we should combine the games and have some more people play next year? It was awesome to meet you, Phred. Just FYI, registrants get a discounted hotel rate.
  8. Brickworld was great again this year. I had a great time meeting new people and seeing old friends. I can't wait for BW 2012! I'll post some pics here once I upload them to my computer.
  9. Here's how 30% really adds value to PaB cups. Less than two cents a piece. PaB Value by Ricecracker., on Flickr
  10. Pandora didn't say that, you did :P

  12. Yes it is.
  13. Thanks. More pics will come have to wait until BrickWorld - it's already packed up! Thanks! Yes. I got the idea from Railbricks issue 8.
  14. Hey Simon, Unfortunately that meet up had to be cancelled. I guess the LUG meetings will have to suffice for now.

  18. Simon has posted his review here.
  19. I can *probably* make next weekend; the weekend after I'll be at BrickWorld.
  20. Shipping costs a lot more from Canada to the US, even if it's to a Canadian address. From my experience, the most valuable (time vs. money) has been from Germany, with Canada ranking near the bottom...
  21. I think a wise move on LEGO's part would be to try to secure a spot in Yorkdale's current expansion, if they're looking for another location, that is. @Def: I forgot to mention, the store also has a ton of series 3 and 4 figs, with the series 3 figs marked down.
  22. Good to see you coming home again, Def. -Pretty much, though they do have sets like Brickley. If there's anything in particular you're looking for, PM me. -PaB, BaM, etc. as well as most high-priced sets on display. -Yes, if just for the experience of being at a LEGO store. They do often have small sales/deals. -I don't think so.
  23. Canadian middle man - From ISC for helping him and Gylman with a purchase.
  24. Happy birthday Siegfried!
