I sympathise with you guys, I really do, but man, isn't this the best time to get some money for me! I've already made £300 profit on 5 Batman sets and stand to make more on a couple more sets I have yet to list. As an AFOL, this is how I make the money to buy the stuff I really want. I had all the Harry Potter sets too, and they made a tidy profit. No doubt if Lego decide not to renew the Star Wars licence after 2011 I'll have a gold mine under the stairs. At the end of the day, some of us use these sets as an investment, and boy are the Batman sets paying off... Sorry to see it go, but really, there wasn't much more they could do with it without it getting silly. You only have to look at the rubbish they came up with when they designed this set - http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=7884-1 M.

Excellent. I'm loving all of these MOCs. And the little stories with them too... M.

I have the same, minus a few clone battle packs! Some very cool designs among those sets! Next up will be the AT-OT/LAAT-c... M. -
Wow, I might try and build those windows! If I can get my head around it... (I'm usually hopeless at building SNOT!) I do agree that it could use a little more colour though... M.

Yeah, it's what that useless handle in the middle of it is for I reckon! Was baffling me for a long time, but now it all becomes clear... M. -
I HATE the bus from the shop corner set - couldn't they have done the doors better!? Overall though, not a bad looking set of releases coming our way, especially the Mars Attack-like robot! M.

I was thinking, if you had two separate motors, one for both the right side tracks, and one for both the left side tracks, along with IR, you could therefore drive it like a tank? Smashing idea, I do like the Sandcrawler and you've given me a few ideas on how to make it more playable! Cheers, M.

No problem Deanimator, glad to be of service! Just did the blindingly obvious thing really! M.

Sorry for reviving an old topic, but I have the instructions for the 2nd part of the Agents base in a .pdf format. I emailed Lego and asked them (very nicely) if I could have the instructions as I had the first part but living in England wasn't able to get the 2nd part due to it being an American exclusive... Received a nice email from them this morning with an attachment and a nice little note! Anyone who wants them, pm me your email address and I'll send them on over! M.

Well, today's box was correct... So, I must've had an oddity yesterday! M. -
That's just in the good ol' USA, unfortunately. Still the same price here in the UK at £49.99, more's the pity... M.

What're the odds of it just being a figure though? We'll see what we get tomorrow! M. -
Castle Advent Calendar - traditionalists

I opened the first door this morning with my daughter... Suffice to say, we were puzzled when the figure that came out bore little resemblance to the one on the door! Ours had the new flat/round headpiece (http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/527) and two swords! :oS M. -
While Season 2 is a little muddled, you have to remember that it was done during the writer's strike. Season 3 is proving to be a belter so far! M.

I too would like the instructions if anyone has them? Or a pointer in the right direction... Cheers, M.

I'm in, love a good mystery me... M.

Looking at the pictures, it doesn't look too difficult to replicate without the instructions... M.

I don't use Bricklink anymore, been ripped off a couple of times by sellers who think because they're not ebay, can just charge you what they like for postage... And when their package doesn't arrive, say oh well, not covered by insurance so no money back. However, I got my money back both times as I went through paypal. Silly people. M.

Yep. Mine's the same, inclined at an angle... M.

Well, if you got it really cheap, couldn't you go back and get another one for same price and use those pieces to build the living quarters, etc? M.

I was lucky enough to get another Cinema from Town Plan off ebay for around a tenner... Yes, the complete cinema, so all the white, dark reds and the windows/doors too... Still, I did have to put in a BL order for more medium blue, dark green and worse of all, lime green! So rare... M.
