    Mizuki throws her Top Hat at Human Theive from the Back Row Repeat Same Battle Order A: "Dual strike" deals damage to either the targetted enemy and the enemy next in the order OR two hits to one enemy upon a successful roll. Note that an enemy's defense reduces the damage from both hits. A shield can be wielded with any weapon that doesn't specifically negate its use.

    Mizuki jumps down to the left corner of the Building in an attempt to try and track down them or some trace of them

    'I don't have a bow.......are you dreaming ?" Mizuki pulls out her Sylph Shuriken. "Do you want a throwing weapon, Romulus ?"

    Mizuki pulls out a flask of tea and starts drinking, hoping the trip would be rather quick.
