[MOC] RTT - Republic Troop Transport - SWTOR
Eric W. replied to HJR-Holland's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Wow, awesome build! -
So a few weeks ago, one of my cats knocked the previous version of this model on the floor and it exploded along with my heart. I recently decided to rebuild and did a few tweaks on the cockpit ball where I utilized the new TIE canopy and windscreen elements. I also beefed up the internal structure of the hull to make it stronger along with adding a few details here and there. What do you think? This is so good, Mood! I nearly fell out of my seat when I first saw it. It is so intricate and well built. Definitely one of the best builds you have ever done!

Darth Vader/TIE Advanced Transformer (Micro-Mood Scale)

Always the innovator, MOOD! I love seeing the new things you come up with. -
I always love to see a good repair station MOC and this one did not dissapoint! Showing the little details inside of the semi-disassembled fighter is really a nice touch and awesome. Congrats on the blogging as well! Keep it up! I would love to see more from you!

UCS Sandcrawler project has reached 10K supporters on Cuusoo!

Congrats Marshal! This thing is HUGE! I just hope the licensing issues work out and TLG can build this anywhere near the level as you did if it passes. This would definitely make a great set. I wonder though, being a licensed set and cuusoo, the price per piece will probably be outrageous! Hopefully not though. -
*WALKIE talkie* Gotta love spell check! :P Kind of looks like it huh? That's a nice touch if it is printed.

These are ok... I just don't see myself rushing out to get them. There are some obvious flaws that should have been addressed before they are released, like the brick built guitar, 4L brown drum sticks, and sallied talkie. Being collectible minifigs, you would expect to at least see the CMF guitar. On the other hand, the idea is pretty cool. We shall see what comes out next.

The Taintive is perfect for its scale. I really want to build one now to go with my MIDI ISD. Great work!

Looks amazing! Congrats everyone!

I cannot wait to get this set! Excellent review!!!

I really like the box the best. The set itself is cool but priced pretty high.

It sounds like it will be a really cool game. I just hope it will live up to the hype. It is a refreshing type of game. I would love to grab a lightsaber and throw stormtroopers as much as the next guy, but I think this type of game will be very interesting to play.

Thanks Moodster!

You are definitely a skilled builder Sebeus. I absolutely love the floor in the Jedi temple. What's a winner for me are those seats that Anakin and Yoda are sitting on. Everything looks so accurate and makes me feel I'm watching the movie. Excellent job!!!

I still have it. I had to borrow some pieces from it though so its partially taken apart. I remember that! That walker he designed gave me goose bumps the first time I saw it.

SWEET!!! Thanks dude! Wow! thank you!

Looks like Dapper beat you to the punch! Thanks!! The cockpit is actually the one part of my fighters that I want to look the best. If the ship sucks but the cockpit is cool, then I'm happy! By the way, I have definitely been thinking about submitting it to cuusoo. Just hope it would get the votes. On another note, I love your avatar image! I have a big "The Great Wave" above my fireplace at my house!

Those Basilisks are so cool! Great overall scene and story. They are Basilisk War Droids. They are pretty much huge animal-like droids the Mandalorians used to completely demoralize their enemies. The droids themselves were rediculously armed and completely deadly.

The cannons makes this a winner for me.

Being my favorite EU fighter, I had to do this one right! I based it heavily from Ansel Hsiao's amazing rendering. Being that there are not too many good images and the fighter itself is portrayed in many different ways, I came to the conclusion that his model (not the most accurate as for the look of it in the game,) is perfect. The figs are good looking but I really do not care for both of those characters. It seems LEGO is doing a little better in their building techniques but it still has the quality of Plo Koon's fighter. All I want from this set is that GREEN ASTROMECH!!!

Very nice scene. Possibly the best Mustafar duel I have seen. Excellent work!
