Lord Of Pies

I have already come and gone! Although TinyPiesRus has not yet ventured into this crazy thread. ....Or have I got the wrong end of the pie stick completely! Oh and I have also attempted to organize pirate set reviews with out a great deal of success. If I say much more, Mister Phes will hunt me down. :-D

I have been looking for some Black Falcons and Imperial Guards to buy for a while now, I may consder bidding! The only thing is that I am in the U.K, so shipping might be a tad expensive. Edit: Just out of interest may I enquire whether any of the Falcons on the torsos are facing left?

Great job on the ships, lego.ryan I really like them, especially the brick built hull, I always find it hard unless I use a prefab piece to make a decent hull! I like the way that the way the ships almost look cartoonish, however some sails would be the icing on the cake. *y*

I think some people are taking this scene a little to seriously, it is like something out of a cheesy film where logic is replaced with random fighting scenes! X-D

Dang it Sam, you just made my wallet groan again! Thanks for the pics, the figures look amazing and the alternative stickers are cool, if I get this set, I am going with the dancing Twilek!! :-D It is a shame I have never seen The clone war series, it sounds good.

Not much to add to Mr Spielbrick and *yoda* rant, I am very disappointed at news of no temple of doom sets, it is a shame to purchase a license and then not use it to its full extent. |-/ At least we already have some great sets even with out TOD(Temple of doom) sets. *y*

Fantastic, like Copmike stated, if you had not written it was photoshopped I would have believed you! The only slight give away is if you examine it closely a ffew shadows are a bit off. Great job, and who says the photo never lies! *wub*

This person's southpaw Falcon looks like good, bold printing to me, so I suppose it was either a design fault as to why the the southpaw torsos are poorly printed or he just has an exceptionally good leftie-falcon!

Right, I get making the pies! I eagerly await the next episode of The Hinckley Chronicles, and it does raise an interesting question: Who would want to take Hinckley anyway, let alone Sinner trying to get him back?! :-P

A better pizza place!? Pies are much cheaper, and much more filling!

A very nice MOC, with great poses, lighting and it is also very unique! :-) Though if their was ever a a perfect situation in which to use the 2 sided screaming minifig head, this has to be it! Thanks for sharing this with us, SlyOwl!

Very funny, great photography as usual! Nice plot, I like the cliffhanger and various whackings. Perhaps speech bubbles might be more effective, and have text as a narrative? I was disappointed at the lack of pies inside your house though, I mean pizza! C'mon pie is much more delicious! ;-) Overall great job and I look forward to the next episode! :-$

I see a stunning resemblance! I like the new ants, my Leo Islanders are getting bored with only having sharks, monkeys, parrots, spiders, crocodiles and snakes to attack the pirates with! I also love the new soviet figs, TLC go for years without making 20th century military figs and then we get 2 sides in a space of a year!! *wub*
