  1. As we were planning where to put our embassy in the Enchanted Forest of Avalonia, we saw this old tree with the top missing. After inspecting it we found it partially hollow yet still alive. After a few little alterations from our carpenters we had a fine embassy. Right now Captain Targon is giving an Avalonia officer a letter to allow him safe travel through Mitgardia. This is my first try at a tree, I would have loved to make the trunk brown. But I don't have enough of it; the rope is how you get up and down. I didn't want to put a ladder because of all the space it would take up in a very small interior. Thanks for looking Any comments or criticism welcome!
  2. Here is a picture of my embassy. Link to the topic My link
  3. I love that dome Great job on the window frames too. Definitely a lot of decoration, but I don't think it is overdone. Keep up the good work
  4. Thanks for the encouragement!
  5. I am looking to build an embassy in the enchanted forest of Avalonia. If an Avalonian could let me know where to put it, that would be great.
  6. I think I will have my Avalonia embassy finished soon. Edit: Just have to take some pictures and have an Avalonian let me know where I can put it
  7. Very realistic looking castle. Looking forward to seeing it finished
  8. Thanks, I was quite happy with they way the cross came out.
  9. Yeah the trees are rather out of place. But I didn't have the pieces or the know how to make some decent ones. About the color yellow, I didn't want to do a standard grey castle, and I liked yellow mixed with white. Gives kind of a middle east feel in my opinion. Now that I have looked at prices of grey bricks I'm not sure if I'll ever build a grey castle
  10. Very nice build! The angled walls are what really stand out to me, and your window design fits the building very well. I might have to steal your front stairs design in a future MOC (if it is alright with you of course). Keep up the great work
  11. Thanks, I'm surprised how many people comment about that, it wasn't intentional. I had several people say the same thing over at CC
  12. Thanks, getting everything to open up correctly was a little challenging. But stuff usually is the first time
  13. This was my first castle MOC, and my first try at landscaping. It has a full interior, with beds, weapon racks, ladders, trapdoors, and some fish cooking for dinner. Hope you enjoy Any comments or criticism extremely welcome as I want to improve as much as possible. Thanks for looking More pictures here My link
  14. So many great entries! Here are my votes 6. Darkblane - 2 10. Priovit70 - 2 18. Yatkuu - 1
  15. Very well done! I especially like that you made an interior for it. The secret exit is neat as well. Keep up the good work
  16. Got a Log cabin 50% off at Walmart. For 15$ I thought it a good buy, lots of useful pieces. Comes out to 4 cents a piece!
  17. Well as you have all pointed out, this is not the place for a discussion on doctrine. However I would love to talk to any of you via pm
  18. To be perfectly honest it is the magic. I am a Christian and according to the Bible (pm me if you want to hear specific verses) all magic is wrong. I knew that when I first joined, but disobeyed. After talking with some older Christians, I realized I really shouldn't participate if I want to be a witness for Christ. Rather hypocrytical don't ya know So that is my reason I will still be active on other parts of the forum though, and really enjoyed interacting with the players I quested with.
  19. Entering the hall, I look around for Atramor, Tarn, and William Harkenshire. Seeing that they are out on quests, I walk over to Elgar. "Could you do me a favor? I would like you to give Atramor, Tarn, and William each 100 gold when they get back. I will give you 62 gold for your trouble and a fire bomb. Also they can divide my 2 bones and fire bomb among themselves." I then walk out of Heroica Hall for good I give Atramor, Tarn, and William each 100 gold, they can split up my 2 bones and holy bomb I give Elgar 62 gold and a fire bomb OOC: I had fun, but won't be playing any more. I really enjoyed questing with you all
  20. Great quest Etzel! I really enjoyed it, was an interesting twist to put me and Elgar both on different missions to get the crystal goblet.
  21. My people need me, and now I know how to help them. I still have to take care of a few things back at the hall though.
  22. "Normally I wouldn't, but I am going back to my country. And leaving Heroica, so yes, I will even put a potion in it." I give Leo: Ringil with a potion inside for 180 gold Ringil a sword (hollow blade [potion], Ice Elemental WP:3) Also, I am going to give Elgar, Cronk, and Tomas 50 gold each "It was a pleasure questing with you"
  23. Sorry Leo, but the sword is worth at the very least 180. It has a hollow blade, which costs 50 gold. If you don't take their rarity into account. I am for sailing back to see the high priestess.
  24. Why do you think that?
