  1. Here is my first siege weapon, I had a lot of fun building it and I'm quite happy with the end result. It works just like a real catapult would have, a twisted rubberband, a winch to prime the arm, and a lever to let it go. This one is operated by dwarves. This was partly inspired by zcerberus' trebuchet and Ecclesiastes' catapults. ]Any comments or criticism welcome! p.s. I can make it more powerful by just twisting the rubber band one more time, I will probably post another video of it in action after doing that.
  2. My entry to the slums mini-challenge is up: And I finished my second entry to the defenses mini-challenge, should have pics and up soon. Edit: And its up: Link to topic: My link
  3. @Sirens-Of-Titan: Thanks for the advice I haven't really thought about that before, definitely something to consider in the future
  4. @zcerberus: Thank you I actually agree that they could be more run down, especially the inn. I purposely made it perfect, yet looking back I have no idea why @glenpinpat: Thanks I had fun posing all the figs, and what would the slums be without some armed robbery @darkdragon: Thanks, I like them too off topic: over a 1000 views on my website
  5. Here is my entry It was a lot of fun making the small run down houses, though tricky when it came to including interiors. There is an inn, a carpenter's, a potter's, and a shack. Also some market stands and lots of activity! Here are some pics: Lots more pictures (including interiors) here: My link Thanks for looking and any comments or criticism welcome
  6. The fire works nicely The fig posing is excellent as well. Keep up the good work
  7. This is spectacular I really like your torpedo tubes and the rails on the ship, and the hull, and the water (I use that technique myself quite a bit), and...... I guess I just like it all Looking forward to more pictures
  8. Looks great! I like the columns of 1x1 rounds in it, glad to see you are adding on to your town!
  9. Lots of action I like how you did the wall, and the interiors in the buildings look great! The landscaping inside the wall could use some 1x1 rounds and plates to break up the uniformity, similar to what you did outside the wall. Keep on building
  10. Congratulations to the winners Glad to see that Cecilie won category B, that build really stood out to me. Glad to see they were plenty of entries
  11. I obviously like soccer and when I first made the username I was a kid, six just sounded good after soccerkid so that's what I used. I have never switched though it's been some time
  12. Nice little scene I would try adding some bricks and slopes in dark grey to the large rock panels to break up the pattern though. The curvy stone wall around the water adds a nice touch. Always glad to see more Mitgardian builds
  13. My entry for the slums challenge is finished, I just need to take some pictures. Then I will probably make another defenses entry
  14. Excellent posing! The jump works nicely Are you going to display all your vignettes together?
  15. Looks nice! I like how roomy it is
  16. Just wanted to say thanks for the helpful tips on taking pictures I will have to try taking some outside, I have been taking them on a solar porch. I'll see which works better.
  17. Great job on the modularity of the hall It looks very nice, great figs too. Looking forward to your next build
  18. Great work on the posing of your armies A nice large scene, the castle looks very realistic. Good work all around
  19. They look pretty good Have you tried them with the gladiators shield?
  20. Great work on incorporating the rock panels And congratulations for setting a contest in motion
  21. Wow that looks way better I like your gun/missile mounts. Is there much in the cabin?
  22. Will be a very impressive MOC if you manage to collect the pieces to finish it I admire you for trying something so large
  23. I like how you split the black/grey with the brown. Nice work on the forced perspective too
  24. I like your Aragorn figures I do agree that the second Frodo could use a little fattening up though The knights kingdom 2 sword works perfectly here
  25. Looks pretty good Maybe on the back side of the house you could have the wolf/grandma in bed?
