Wow ! Amazing ! Thanks for this idea. It's customs sails, right ?
-
Wow ! Perfect ! Thanks a lot for this pattern. I really like the way it looks
-
Thanks for the compliment ! It's only two 8x16 plates attached together with 99207, a lot of vegetation and dark blueish/dark sand rocks ! Nothing special. I don't know when the contest will be start but I realy like to bring this Steve in an adventure.

Oh Wow ! He's BIG ! I really love the way you use classic ladders for the ropes ! Thanks for the share !

It's exactly that ! :) Steve's torso it's an "hard to find" piece

As the title of this topic is "Useful pirate pieces from other themes"... I realy realy like the treasure map from "Lego Friends - Dolphin rescue mission" (41378). It's easy to roll and put in classic minifig hands and it can be hidden in a treasure chest. Even if I like the classic 2x2 tiles, I like the way this tissue map looks on Pirate dioramas.

Ahahahaha, Oops' you found me... I tried to follow your instructions but failed. And I didn't know you will see it because it's on another topic ! For my next picture, I'll try to click on the right button and select "copy image address" directly on my post. Thanks a lot for the Pirate. I saw there's a contest with Infamous Steve but I don't have the torso (we can find it only in 2 sets). Then, I try to made my own Steve with extra pieces.

Is my Famous Steve can be an Infamous Steve ? https://imgur.com/a/hYFgt7x

Thanks a lot for your answer, Ok so, we absolutely need an hosting site (I have to create an account on Imgur just for it, then) ?

Ahaha I'm not as good as you for making dioramas ^^ But, yeah, I surely post pics some days. Yes, exactly, in 2024 it's hard to find cheap Lego vintage pieces. But when you dig well, you can find some nice treasure Question : is it possible, on this website, to post pictures without using Flickr ? I have several good stuff on my PC but I don't know how to share them with you.

Excuse-me, is it possible to have a better view of how you did the Green/White (45° angle pieces) wall ? I really love that idea. The colors mix of your ship is so cool !

Ahoy my pirates friends, So... Here's my request : Last year, I was leisurely wandering around the Internet when I came across a nice offer : The 7075 Captain Redbeard's ship for only a few euros. Obviously I imediatly bought it. It's complete with its Minifigs, sails and flags but initially I bought it only for the skeleton heads (front and back ones). On the other hand, it's a 4+ set with only few pieces and big figures.... So I'm looking for good ideas to customize it and make it accessible to classic Minifigs. Have any of you, dear buccaneers, seen any good MOCs ideas for this set ?

Yes, it's definitly the same boat as the Youtube video ! Damn' I really wished it was an official Lego set By the way, what an amazing MOC from Sebeus I... I love the 1x2 trans-clear blue tiles to make the sea. So nice ! -
Thanks a lot ! Cheers ! Nice to see some Classic Pirate fans with the same age. I don't know if this exist in others country but... in Belgium we have a online site name "SecondHand". It's a sort of thrift shop but online, where anyone can sell anything. Recently, I found 6204 (without the box) in great condition. It's a good way to restore some childhood memories (or to complete a collection).

Hello Governor and thanks a lot for your warms welcomes ! You know what ? I zoomed on the video thumbail, took a screenshot, then tried "Reverse Google" search, just to be sure... You were true. Sadly, I think Bricker Clicker simply used a Flikr image named "The Spectre". An amazing Moc from Stefan Eeckman... So... Nothing proves that this boat will be Minifigs scale. But I realy want to believe that Lego knows how much his fan would love this ! -

Thanks a lot ! Sorry for the late, I was completing the "My name is..." topic on your forum ! Yeah, perhaps it's just an IA generated picture to make us click on the video... But, sometimes, we have good surprises with the Youtube Leaks. Who knows ? I am pretty sure Lego is aware about his Pirate comunity fans. They remade the Black Seas Barracuda, the Eldorado Fortress, ... Even the 2020 pirate's ship (31109) looks make for nostalgic corsairs like us. This new Icons set should be an amazing one ! -
So........................................ What to say... ? My name is Guix, I live in Belgium. When I was a kid, I've always been obsessed with order and tidying up. When I finished playing with my toys, I put them back neatly in boxes. After years, the boxes piled up (I don't throw anything away)... And today, as an old adult, I still have all my Minifigs in good condition. Even the realy realy old ones. I have always been passionate about science-fiction, adventure and fantasy. Space, Robots and Pirates fascinated me. I like movies, books, drawing and crafting. I work in Art. I'm not as good as others to make MOC but I prefer calling myself a collector. I have thousands minifigures from all the ages. I love to take pictures of dioramas, creating new minifigs and customizing them. Since I bought a 3D resin Printer, I also print accessories for Lego. I feel no animosity towards Knock-off or other brands than Lego but I'm in love with old design minifigs (simple black dot for heads is perfect for me). I have a lot of ships and Islands on my shelfs. As I can remember, my first Lego Pirate set was "Buried Treasure - 6235".

Ahoy friends, This is my first message and I'm not a english native. Don't be rude If I don't write correctly ! In the new video from Youtube Brick Clicker, there's a visual for The Endurance Ship. I don't know if it's a fake but the Set looks like a Minifigs scale ! Here's the link (0:02 at the top left) :
